リーディング力とリスニング力を強化し、英語 このプログラムは全課程をフルタイムで受講する で表現された複雑な内容の情報を理解する能 ように構成されています。 力を身につける。 実際に教室で行われる勉強時間は、週に20時間 • 多くの時間をディスカッションに費やし、英語 の総合的なコミュニケー ション能力を向上さ せる。 • 英語で書かれたスピーチや文章を通じて、複 雑なアイディアや事柄を相手に伝える能力を 高める。 • 英語を独自で学ぶことができるようになる。 このプログラムは1学期が12週間のカリキュラム で構成されており、年に3回行われています。ビク トリア大学進学を希望し、更なる英語力向上を必 要とする場合、連続でこのプログラムに参加し、合 計24週、 または36週にわたり、集中して英語を学 ぶことも可能です。 このプログラムで修めた最終成績は、ビクトリア 大学はもちろん、他のニュージーランドの大学 に入学をする際にも、英語力を示すものとして IELTSやTOEFLの代わりに使用することが認めら れています。 また、予習、復習など教室外で行う個 から25時間。 人の自主勉強も必要とされます。 教室での授業内容： • 会話や講義などの聞き取り練習、ディスカッシ ョンへの参加、効率のよい文章読解の練習、エ
