Dialogue Reading:
Nap Time
Mom:
Ok, kids it's already 2PM. You have to take a nap now.
Ann:
I'm still watching my favorite TV show mom.
John:
I'm not yet done with my game too.
Mom:
So what time are you planning to take a nap?
John:
After I'm done.
Mom:
Oh! It's twenty past two, do you think it’s the right time to take a
nap, John?
John:
I know! I know!
Mom:
Are you shouting at me?
John:
No, I'm not!
Mom:
You aren’t? It sounds like you are shouting. What about you Ann?
Ann:
I told you I want to finish watching my favorite TV show.
Mom:
Pardon me? You told me what?
Ann:
Ok. I got you mom, I'm sorry.
Mom:
Ok, twenty more minutes. If you don’t take a nap right after then
you can't watch TV nor play games tonight. Understood?
Kids:
Yes mom. We will.
