非危険品扱いの自動車、オートバイ、建機、オートパーツ、機械等の船積みに関して
拝啓貴社益々ご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて、IMDG コード第 35-10 改正(2012 年 1 月 1 日積み地基準)により、内燃機関を動力源とする日本出し貨物は
2012 年 1 月 1 日より Class 9 の危険物として規制の対象となります。
特別規定（SP961）に則り非危険物としてのお取り扱いとなる場合は、ガス抜き証明書をご提出頂きますようお願い申
し上げます。
つきましては、ブッキングの際、添付の Letter of Certificate & Indemnity に、ご署名の上、弊社にご提出頂けます様
お願い申し上げます。
また、一年間の有効期間の過ぎた Certificate に関しては、新しい Letter of Certificate & Indemnity にご署名後、再
提出をお願いしています。
尚、油漏れ等により、コンテナに汚れや損傷が発生した場合、コンテナ内外清掃、その他一切の現状復帰に係る修復
費用は、荷主様のご負担になりますので、以下の処置を事前に取って頂きます様お願い致します。

(新車・中古車共) 自動車、オートバイ、建機、機械の船積みに際しての要件
自動車/オートバイ/建機/機械の一部として内燃機関・燃料タンクが含まれている場合、タンク内の燃料が全て抜か
れており、バッテリーケーブルが外されている事等、特別要件（ＳＰ961）に適合している事をご確認下さい。

中古エンジン、中古オートパーツ、中古オートバイパーツの船積みに際しての要件
中古エンジン/中古オートパーツ/中古オートバイパーツの一部として内燃機関・燃料タンクが含まれている場合、タン
ク内の燃料が全て抜かれており、バッテリーケーブルが外されている事等、特別要件（ＳＰ961）に適合している事をご
確認下さい。また、コンテナ内床全面にオイル/グリ-ス等による汚れが付着しない様、下記の要領に従って下さい。
1. バンニング前にビニールシートをコンテナ内床全面に敷いて下さい。
(ビニールシートはお客様にてご用意頂けます様お願い致します。)
2. ビニールシートの端をコンテナ側面に沿って折り曲げて下さい。
3. ビニールシートを敷いた後、床と側面にベニヤ板を敷いて下さい。
4. オイル等が漏れても十分吸収できるよう、おがくずを敷く等、対策を事前に行って下さい。
5. 片荷やコンテナの側面に膨らみが生じない様、完全にラッシングが行われていることをご確認下さい。

We, as agent of the shipper, hereby certify that:
Our vehicle offered for shipment complies with the requirements of IMDG code Special Provision 961.
The fuel tank(s) of our vehicle is empty and installed batteries are protected from short circuit.
Our cargos were stuffed in the container(s) in the proper manner or oil leakage prevention.
For Engine/Used Auto Parts, etc.
We, as agent of the shipper, hereby certify that:
Our cargo offered for shipment complies with the requirements of IMDG code Special Provision 961.
The fuel tank(s) of our cargo is empty and installed batteries are protected from short circuit.
Our cargos were stuffed in the container(s) in the proper manner or oil leakage prevention that the
entire floor and sides are covered/protected with vinyl and/or tarpaulin sheets, then the plywood
thicker than 5 mm are placed on both floor and along side panels, with floor covered with sufficient
sawdust to absorb oil leakage.
We hereby undertake and agree to pay the claim amount arise on the said shipment and/or the cost of
any consequent reconditioning. We will guarantee to indemnity yourselves and/or the owners of the vessel
against all consequences that may arise from your action or negligence and hold you harmless in respect
of liability, loss and or damage whatsoever you may sustain in case of any oil leakage.
