·EXOS reserves the right to cancel any course which does not receive sufficient enrollment.
EXOS は参加者が十分にみたいない場合、コースをキャンセルする権利を保持します。
·Registrants will be notified, via email, of such cancellation no less than 30 days prior to the
applicable course date. 参加者は該当コースのキャンセルを開催の 30 日以前に Email にて通知されま
す。
·If a course is cancelled by EXOS, a full refund of course tuition will be provided. EXOS によっ
てキャンセルされる場合、講習費は全額返金されます。
·Non-refundable expenses, such as airfare and hotel reservations, are the responsibility of
the registrant.航空運賃、ホテルの予約などの費用は参加者の責任になりますのでご了承ください。
Cancellation by Registrant（参加者によるキャンセル）
·If registrant cancels 30 or more calendar days prior to the beginning of a course, registrant
may apply full course fee to another class or be issued a 75 percent refund. 参加者がコース開
催の 30 日前より以前にキャンセルをする場合、全額を他のコースにご利用するか、全額の 75％を返金い
たします。
·If registrant cancels less than 30 calendar days before the beginning of a course, you may
apply your registration fee to another enrollment but you will not be eligible for a refund. 参
加者が開催の 30 日前より後にキャンセルした場合、全額を他のコースにご利用いただけます。返金はさ
れませんのでご了承ください。
·Cancellations are not valid until registrant has been provided with an email confirmation of
cancellation. 確認の Email を参加者が受け取るまでキャンセルは有効になりません。
·No-shows are not refunded. ご連絡無しでの不参加は返金されません。
·Non-refundable expenses, such as airfare and hotel reservations, are the responsibility of

Copying & Filming Prohibition Agreement（コピー＆撮影の禁止協定）
I desire to be a participant in a EXOS, Inc. EXOS Mentorship and Education Program. In
consideration for and as a condition of my participation in the Program, I will have access to
or have had access to EXOS Mentorship and Education Program materials and content,
including but not limited to written handouts, programs, lectures and audiovisual content
collectively, the EXOS Materials. I acknowledge that the EXOS Materials are the exclusive
intellectual property of EXOS and agree that I will not: EXOS の教育プログラムに参加する
に当たって、EXOS の独占的な知的財産（ハンドアウト、プログラム、レクチャー、映
像など）を認識し下記に従うことを同意します。
(1) copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify or create derivative works from the EXOS Materials
or otherwise distribute the EXOS Materials, including but not limited to posting such
materials on the Internet (including but not limited to social networking sites such as
Facebook or video distribution sites such as YouTube) or photocopying or otherwise

recording, photographing or filming any lectures or taking photos or video of any written

I agree that the breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm to EXOS and that
EXOS shall be entitled to injunctive relief to prevent me from breaching or continuing to
breach this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws
of the State of Arizona and I agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts
sitting in Phoenix, Arizona.

Included as part of the Mentorship program is a 5-night hotel stay from Sunday-Thursday night. If you wish to book extra
nights for before or after the included nights, please select them below and the preferred rate will be applied. Note:

once registration reaches the capped amount , there will be no rooms available through the online booking at that. After
you receive your confirmation email from EXOS with the total course cost, you will also receive a confirmation email
