株式会社セガゲームスコンシューマ・オンラインカンパニー（本社：東京都品川区、代表取締役社長 CEO：里見治紀）
のグループ会社でイギリスに拠点を置く Creative Assembly 社が手掛ける『Total War: WARHAMMER』が、シリーズ最
速ペースでの販売記録を達成しましたのでお知らせ致します。
本作は 2016 年 5 月 24 日より全世界で販売を開始し、5 月 27 日までの 4 日間で全世界累計販売数 50 万本を突破していま
す。
『Total War』シリーズは特にヨーロッパで人気を誇るリアルタイムストラテジーゲームです。ローマ帝国や日本の戦国
時代などの史実を題材に、数千単位のユニットを操作して国家間戦争や部族間抗争の世界を体験します。これまでに発売さ
れたシリーズは各タイトルとも全世界で 150 万本以上（※）販売し、世界中でファンを獲得しています。

『Total War:WARHAMMER』はイギリスの Games Workshop 社とライセンス契約を結び、同社が制作するミニチュア
