装置を安全にお使いいただくために、以降の記述内容を必ずお守りください。
なお本書では、FUJITSU Storage ETERNUS CS800 S6 デデュープアプライアンスを「本装置」と記載しています。

万一、異常が発生したとき
• 落雷の可能性がある場合は、電源コードおよび
各種ケーブルの接続作業は行わないでくださ
い。雷によっては感電・火災の原因となります。
• オプション製品には、本装置以外の装置を接続
しないでください。故障・誤動作の原因となり
ます。
• 電源コード、電源プラグが傷ついている場合は
本装置を使用しないで、担当営業員または担当
保守員に連絡してください。お客様自身による
修理は危険ですから絶対におやめください。そ
のまま使用すると、感電・火災の原因となりま
す。
• 発熱・煙・異臭・異常音・異常振動が発生した
場合は、すぐに電源プラグを電源コンセントか
ら抜いてください。その後、異常な現象がなく
なるのを確認して、担当営業員または担当保守
員に連絡してください。お客様自身による修理
は危険ですから絶対におやめください。そのま
ま使用すると、感電・火災の原因となります。
• 本装置の内部に水などの液体や金属片などの
異物が入った場合は、すぐに電源プラグを電源
コンセントから抜いてください。その後、担当
営業員または担当保守員に連絡してください。
お客様自身による分解は危険ですから絶対に
おやめください。そのまま使用すると、感電・
火災の原因となります。
• 本装置の電源コードを分電盤に直接接続する
場合は、必ずアース線を接続してください。ま
た、装置のすべての電源コードを 1 つの分電盤
に接続しないでください。電源コードのアース
線に大きな漏洩電流が流れることがあり、感電
の原因となります。
• 本装置を設置したり移動したりする場合は、必
ず電源プラグを電源コンセントから抜いてく
ださい。また、接続されている各種ケーブルも
すべて外し、足元に十分注意して行ってくださ
い。電源コードが傷つき、感電・火災の原因と
なります。また、本装置が落下して、けがの原
因となります。
• 腐食性ガスが発生する地域や塩害地域には設
置しないでください。故障の原因となります。
• 本装置を落としたり、カバーなどを破損したり
• 本装置やオプション製品の上に重いものを載
した場合は、すぐに電源プラグを電源コンセン

• 通気性の悪い場所、火気のある場所、引火性ガ

• 床の強度が弱い場所に設置しないでください。
落ちたり倒れたりして、けが・故障の原因とな
ります。
本装置の取り扱いについて
• 電源コンセントは接地（アース）付きの電源コ
ンセントを使用してください。接地（アース）
付きでない電源コンセントを使用すると、感
電・火災・誤動作の原因となります。
• 落雷のおそれがある場合は、本装置の電源を切

• 本装置の各ユニットを持ち運ぶときは、左右側
面および底面を 2 人以上の適切な人数で持って
ください。
重量物を少ない人数で持ち運ぶと、けがの原因
となります。
• 本装置に水をかけないでください。感電・火
災・故障の原因となります。
• 電源プラグを抜くときはケーブルを引っ張ら
ず、必ず電源プラグを持って抜いてください。
ケーブルを引っ張ると、芯線が露出したり断線
したりして、感電・火災の原因となります。
• 電源プラグの電極や電源コンセントとの接続
部分にほこりやゴミが付着している場合は、電
源プラグを抜いて、乾いた布でよく拭き取って
ください。そのまま使用すると、感電・火災の
原因となります。
• 長期間使用しないときは、安全のため電源プラ
グを電源コンセントから抜いてください。火災
の原因となります。
• 開口部（通風口など）から内部に金属類や燃え
やすいものなどの異物を差し込んだりしない
でください。感電・火災・故障の原因となりま
す。
• 開口部（通風口など）をふさがないでください。
内部に熱がこもり、火災・故障の原因となりま
す。
• 清掃する際は、清掃用スプレー（可燃性物質を
含むもの）を使用しないでください。火災・故
障の原因となります。
• オプション製品は、直射日光のあたる場所、暖
房器具の近く、火気のある場所、湿気の多い場
所に保管しないでください。故障・誤動作の原
因となります。
• カバーおよび可動部を開ける場合は、内部の突
起物に触れないように注意してください。け
が・故障の原因となります。
ラックへの搭載について
• 本装置を引き出したり戻したりする場合、およ
び天板を開けたり閉めたりする場合は、衝撃を
与えないように静かに操作してください。故障
の原因となります。
• 本装置をラックから引き出した状態で、本装置
より下にある装置の操作を行う場合、頭をぶつ
けないように注意してください。けがの原因と
なります。
• Fibre Channel ホストバスアダプターおよび
PRO/10GbE SR サーバアダプターは、それぞ
れ IEC 60825-1 レーザークラス 1 およびレー
ザークラス 1M に準拠しています。安全のため
ビームをのぞき込まないでください。目を傷め
る原因となります。
• 差し込み口に指などを入れないでください。け
が・故障の原因となります。
• 差し込み口に付いているカバーは、必要な場合
を除いて取り外さないでください。故障の原因
となります。
• 本装置の近くで携帯電話などの電波を発生す
る機器を使用しないでください。誤動作の原因
となります。
• 殺虫剤などを使って害虫駆除を行う場合は、本
装置を停止し、ビニールなどで保護してくださ
い。故障の原因となります。
• 清掃する際には、以下の点に注意してくださ
い。故障の原因となります。
- 必ず電源を切ってください。
- クリーナーなどの液が誤って本装置の内部
に流れ込まないように、十分注意してくだ
さい。
- アルコール、シンナーなどの有機溶剤での
清掃は絶対におやめください。
• ラックに搭載する場合は、必ず担当営業員また
は担当保守員に連絡してください。お客様自身
でラックに搭載しないでください。けが・故障
の原因となります。
• 扉付きラックに搭載する場合や、ほかの装置と
一緒に本装置をラックに搭載する場合、ラック
内部の温度は室温より高くなります。ラック内
部の温度が、マニュアルに記載の周囲環境条件
の温度を超えないようにしてください。故障の
原因となります。
• ほかの装置と一緒に本装置をラックに搭載す
る場合、本装置の上下の装置のエアフローが干
渉して、お互いの装置の冷却に悪影響を及ぼす
ことがあります。必要に応じて、装置を搭載す
る間隔を空けて、お互いのエアフローが干渉し
ないようにしてください。故障・誤動作の原因
となります。
• ラックに搭載する場合、指がはさまれないよう
に注意してください。けがの原因となります。
• ラックに搭載する場合、ラックの下部から搭載
し、重心を下げるようにしてください。ラック
下部が空いた状態でラック上部に搭載すると、
ラックが不安定となり、けが・故障の原因とな
ります。
• ほかの装置が搭載されていない場所には、ラッ
クに添付のブランクパネルを取り付けてくだ
さい。装置が正しく冷却されず、故障の原因と
なります。
• ラック設置後にラックを移動する場合は、必ず
担当営業員または担当保守員に連絡してくだ
さい。お客様自身でラックを移動しないでくだ
さい。けが・故障の原因となります。
ケーブルの取り扱いについて
本装置および梱包材などの廃棄について
• ケーブルを傷つけたり、加工したり、重いもの
• 本装置を廃棄する際は、担当保守員の指示に
を載せたり、引っ張ったり、ねじったり、加熱
したりしないでください。故障・誤動作の原因
となります。

schedule for air conditioning is able to
maintain the required temperature.

to less than 15°C per hour to prevent

(appropriate numbers) people should hold

when multiple devices are to be mounted and
running, it is important to realize that the
temperature inside the rack will be

temperatures do not exceed the
environmental conditions for temperature
described in the manuals of the devices that
are being used. Failure to do so may cause a
failure.
When installing this device with other devices
into the same rack, the airflow of the device
installed on and under this device may
interfere with each other and reduce the effect
of device cooling. Make sure to leave plenty of
room between the devices if required. Failure
to do so may cause a failure or malfunction.
When installing this device in the rack, be
careful not to crush your fingers. Failure to do
so may cause an injury.
When installing devices in the rack, make sure
to install them starting from the bottom of the
rack and working upward to ensure the center
of gravity is maintained. If the bottom of the
rack is empty and devices are only installed at
the top of the rack, the rack becomes
unstable, which may cause an injury or
failure.
Install the blank panels provided with the rack
where no other devices are installed. Failure
to do so may cause this device to overheat,
resulting in a failure.
When moving the rack after installing this
device, make sure to contact your sales
representative or your maintenance engineer.
Do not move the rack by yourself. Doing so
may cause an injury or failure.
Handling cables
