The 14th ATEM Nishinihon Chapter Meeting
2016 年 11 月 5 日（土）に京都大学において「第 14 回 ATEM 西日本支部大会」を開催します。
ATEM Nishinihon Chapter will hold the 14th Chapter Meeting on Saturday, November 5th, at Kyoto
University.
【研究発表募集】
ATEM 西日本支部は、本大会での研究発表を募集します。本学会の趣旨に鑑み、英語教育、言語学、文
学、文化研究、メディア研究、異文化コミュニケーション研究などの多様な専門分野から、映画の英語
教育への活用を視野に入れた研究発表を募集します。
Call for presentations
ATEM Nishinihon Chapter calls for presentations from various fields of study including English
education, linguistics, literature, culture study, media study, cross-cultural communication study, etc.
Given the nature of the association, it is suggested that the presentations include reference to a
specific film / films and have implications to the use of movies for English education.

以下の項目を記載し、e メールにてご応募ください。なお、締切り後に選考を行い、申込者宛に事務局よ
り採否の結果を 10 月 10 日頃までに e メールにて通知いたします。
＊応募締切：10 月 1 日（土）
＊応募資格：ATEM の会員で、2016 年度の会費を納入していること

Abstract submission
Send your abstract with the following information via e-mail to [email protected] no later than
October 1st. Notification of acceptance will be sent to each applicant around October 10th via e-mail.
Applicants must be ATEM members and have finished payment of the membership fee for 2016.

① 氏名（ふりがな）Name
② 所属 Affiliation
③ 発表題目 Presentation Title
④ 連絡先メールアドレス E-mail
⑤ 使用言語 Language
⑥ 使用機器 Equipment
⑦ 発表概要（日本語 400 字程度／英語 150 語程度）Abstract（around 150 words）
（注）
1) 発表タイトルは、漠然とした大きなタイトルではなく、映画を使って何をどう教えるのか、あるい
は何がわかるのか等、発表の中身が見える具体的なものにしてください。
Please be specific about your title so that it will suggest the goals or objectives of your presentation,
for example, how you will use movies to teach what, or what you can find out through movies, etc.
2) 「発表題目」もしくは「発表概要」のいずれかに、対象となる映画のタイトルを含めていただきま
すようお願いいたします（対象映画が複数ある場合は、代表的な映画を１つ選んで、
「『タイタニッ
ク』などの用例を用いて・・・」などとしていただければ結構です）。
Please include the title(s) of the film(s) relevant to your research either in the presentation title or in
the abstract.
