Furniture and electric equipments such as bedding, air conditioner, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, TV, electric washer, and so on are supplied. A room is shared 3 students. Dormitory rent fee is ¥25,000 per a student for a month. Equipments rental fee is ¥1,000 for a month. Internet using fee is ¥1,500 for a month. Water, gas and electric fee is charged each room, so students have to pay it every month by themselves. Average of monthly charge is ¥10,000. Bicycle is useful to attend school and shopping. To use dormitory, deposit fee ¥25,000 + advance rental fee for 2 months ¥50,000 + fire insurance ¥5,000 is required. ● 食費について Food expenses 寮で、同部屋の仲間と協力して、自炊をすることが基本です。不公平のないよう、毎月 1 万円ずつ出し合っ て、食品購入計画、食事作りの当番を決めてもらいます。外食や贅沢はできませんが、ルームメイト 3 人で 協力すれば、近隣のスーパーなどで、1 か月分のカロリーを満たす食材が購入できます。 We recommend students self catering. School staff teaches how to cook and how to purchase foods and daily needs. To make monthly food purchase plan with roommates is a part of studying in Japan. Food prices in Matsudo area are cheaper than Tokyo. So students can survive in ¥10,000 per a person for a month. Students must have medical check up. School dormitories are 5-25 min by walking. School staff introduces students some companies that need part time worker. ４．アルバイト Part time job 松山学園は学校法人であり、 学生の入国資格は留学生ビザとなります。就労ビザや実習生ビザとは異なり、 目的は勉強であり、アルバイトできる時間数に制限があります。事前によくご理解下さい。 Matsuyama is a school corporation; so condition of foreign student is student visa holder whose purpose to enter Japan is study. Total working time of student is limited according to immigration law of Japan. Average income for a month will be ¥90,000- ¥120,000. It is as hard as possible to pay tuition fee and use for daily expenses but send money to family every month. But we can introduce students some companies which want part time workers so that students can get income quickly in Japan. One of the companies is the Fuji Foods Funabashi Factory which produces lunch box and rice ball for convenience stores and is located 45 min from Matsuyama school by train. Hourly wage system is ordinal for part time job in Japan. Hourly wage of Fuji Foods for foreign students is ¥800. (It ups 25% in midnight range) So, monthly salary will be ¥90,000 (school semester) to ¥150,000 (vacation season). Commuter pass fee (¥14,610) is added with salary. But student must pay transfer fee by him self in the first month.
