【重要】教養学部短期交換留学プログラム(ＡＩＫＯＭ)協定校の全学交換留学プログラム
(ＵＳＴＥＰ)協定校への移行
及び
カイロ大学との交換留学の終結について
ＡＩＫＯＭ協定校のＵＳＴＥＰへの移行、及び交換留学の終結について、以下の通りお
知らせします。
ＵＳＴＥＰへの移行
これまでＡＩＫＯＭで行ってきました以下の大学との交換留学については、来年度（２
０１５年度）より全学交換留学プログラム（ＵＳＴＥＰ）に完全移行することとなりまし
た。よって今後はＡＩＫＯＭでの募集は行いませんので、希望する学生は必ずＵＳＴＥＰ
へ応募して下さい。

交換留学終結
以下の協定校との交換留学については今年度をもって終結となります。よって来年度の
募集は行わず、ＵＳＴＥＰへの移行も行いません。

このほかのＡＩＫＯＭ協定校については、来年度もＡＩＫＯＭで派遣学生の募集を行う
予定ですが、派遣先大学の事情により募集を行わない場合もありますので、あらかじめご
了承下さい。なお募集開始時期は以下を予定しています。

ATTENTION:
Transfer of AIKOM Partner Schools to USTEP and Termination of
Study Abroad Program with Cairo University
The following information is regarding the partner schools of The College of Arts and Sciences
Short-term Student Exchange Program (AIKOM), the relationship with which will now be overseen
by the University-Wide Student Exchange Program (USTEP), and the termination of the study
abroad program with Cairo University.
Transfer to the USTEP:
Starting next year (2015), exchange programs with the following universities, previously overseen
by the AIKOM Program, will be handled by the University-Wide Student Exchange Program
(USTEP). Due to this change, the AIKOM Program will no longer accept applications for study
abroad to the universities listed below. Students who wish to study abroad at these universities
should apply to USTEP.

The application process for students wishing to study abroad next year has begun as of August 1st,
including the applications for the universities listed above. For more information, visit the

Termination of Exchange Program:
As of this year, the exchange program with the following University has been terminated, and
applications will no longer be accepted. This University will not be incorporated into USTEP.

Other Information:
Applications for study abroad at AIKOM partner schools not listed above will continue to be
accepted by the AIKOM program. However, applications may not be accepted for certain
universities due to the circumstances of that particular partner school. The application period for
study at AIKOM partner schools is as listed below.
Chile, Oceania (study abroad beginning February-March of 2015)
Applications accepted in October
United States, England, Ireland (study abroad beginning August-September 2015)
Applications accepted in November
Asia (study abroad beginning July-October 2015)
Applications accepted in December
Europe (excluding England and Ireland) (study abroad beginning August-October 2015)
Applications accepted January 2015
