Our family estate covers 11 hectares: 7.5 hectares planted with Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerre White) and 3.5 hectares with Pinot Noir (Sancerre Red and Rosé). Reasoned and respectful management of our vines, in full harmony with nature, natural weeding together with soil tillage, and selection of grapes harvested by hand throughout the estate, have become a genuine philosophy to us. Such ministrations, combined with our outstanding terroirs, are at the root of the strong identity and purity of expression that characterise the style of the wines elaborated on our estate. ENGLISH Nous cultivons la vigne depuis au moins 8 générations, à BUÉ, l’un des villages les plus réputés de l’appellation SANCERRE, en Centre-Loire. Notre domaine familial s’étend sur 11 hectares : 7,5 hectares en cépage Sauvignon Blanc (Sancerre Blanc) et 3,5 hectares en cépage Pinot Noir (Sancerre Rouge et Rosé). La conduite sage et respectueuse de nos vignes en harmonie avec la nature, l’enherbement naturel associé au travail des sols, la sélection des raisins récoltés à la main sur l’intégralité du domaine, constituent pour nous une vraie philosophie. Ces soins conjugués à nos terroirs d’exception révèlent une forte identité et une pureté d’expression qui signent le style des vins de notre maison.
