拝啓平素は格別のお引立てを賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。さて、SEMTECH社より製造工場変更につ
いて案内文が届きましたので下記に要点をご報告いたします。ご査収の上何卒宜しくお取り計らいくださ
るようお願い申し上げます。

変更内容
GO1555のすべての装置、在庫を現在のサブコンから別の認定されたサブコンへ移動いたし
ます。使用する材料、製造プロセスに変更はございません。また、製品自体に変更はございませ
んが、捺印のCMロゴは削除されます。
新しく認定されたサブコンで製造されるデバイスはデートコード245以降となります。
有効日
2012年12月1日以降は現行のサブコンと新しいサブコンの両方から出荷される可能性がござい
ます。

DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE:
All the equipment and inventory of GO1555 will move from current subcontractor to another qualified subcontractor. There will be no
change to the materials used and the manufacturing process. There will be no change to the part itself. The CM logo on the devices will be
removed.
Devices from the new qualified subcontractor will have the date code ‘245’.
Reliability reports will become available upon customer request.
EFFECT OF CHANGE:
There will be no physical changes to the part. As of December 1st 2012 parts received by customer may be manufactured from either the
current subcontractor, or the new subcontractor.
RECOMMENDED CUSTOMER ACTION(S):
No customer actions are required.
