5. Last Year Account Figure – Quick Update/ Reset
I.
After Year End Closing, please ensure that Last Year Account
Figure tallies with Opening Balance. If not, use “Quick
Update” function to copy the record from Opening Balance.
II.
“Reset the value and click Save” resets all value to 0.

8. Debtor– Debtor Group & Tax Rounding Method

Tax Rounding Method: Tax Rounding Method by debtor can
be done either by Whole Document or Line by line.

Debtor Group: Can maintain a Debtor Group to define
special discount rate.
9. Debtor Aging Report – Debtor 2nd Description
In the latest version, Debtor Aging Report is able to list out
Debtor 2nd description when the report is exported to Excel

10. Receive Payment – PAY BY Field
The latest version will auto capture the Debtor Name in Pay by
Field when keying in Receive Payment.

In Product Sales Report By Customer
Now the Sales > Sales Report > Product Sales Report by Customer
includes a new customize field (Unit Cost) and the report can be
customized to calculate unit cost.

14. POS – Show Product Code In Description Column
POS > Setup > Options can now be activated to show the product
code in description column
After activating this function, POS > Cash Sales will show the Item
Product Code with Product.

POS > Cash Sales > Supervisor Function includes new function to
change Payment Mode. Payment method can be changed after
keying in the transaction under Supervisor Function.

No/Reference No Entry
System > Administrative Tools > Payment Mode > Edit can now
activate the Compulsory Card No. / Reference No entry function.
After activating this function, it is compulsory to key in Card No.
when keying in the transaction system.
