__ Proof of initial CPR and First Aid certification. CPR
certification must be current throughout the duration of the physical
therapy program. Accepted students will be provided with additional
details.
___ GRE – official GRE General Test scores must be submitted to the
Graduate School by the application deadline.

40 SEMESTER HOURS
A Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution is
required prior to admission to the Occupational therapy program.
NOTES:
