Chère Jenny,
Merci pour ta gentille lettre avec les informations sur ta famille et
ton pays. Pour répondre à tes questions: j’aurai seize ans le vingt juin. Mon
père cultive la vanille et ma mère travaille à l’hôtel, qui s’appelle le Club
Med.
Nous habitons l’île magnifique de Mooréa. Beaucoup de touristes viennent
ici à cause du beau paysage. Nous avons de très hautes montagnes et bien
sûr, la belle mer bleue tout autour de l’île.
Le climat ici est très agréable. Il fait beau et chaud presque toute l’année.
En décembre et janvier il fait vraiment chaud partout, mais
malheureusement on a beaucoup de pluie pendant ces mois. Le meilleur
moment est pendant la saison sèche.
Quand j’ai du temps libre j’aime faire de la danse tahitienne, jouer de la
guitare et chanter. J’adore me baigner à la mer et quelquefois maman me
laisse nager dans la piscine au Club Med. Je trouve ça passionnant, car j’y
rencontre beaucoup d’étrangers et je peux leur parler en anglais.
J’attends mon vol à Auckland le dix juillet avec impatience. J’espère
recevoir une lettre bientôt.
