In the second quarter, the global average connection speed increased 5.2% to 3.3 Mbps, and the global average peak connection speed
increased 0.1% to 18.9 Mbps. Across countries in the Americas, quarterly changes across both metrics were generally positive.

US-2 had the highest average peak connection speed at 17.7 Mbps, while AR-1 had the lowest at 4.7 Mbps.
