FROMLEONARDODAVINCI(FIUMICINO)AIRPORT
ThereisaconvenientraillinkfromFiumicinoairport.Therearetwoalternativetrains:
- Onedirectto“StazioneTermini”leavingevery30minutes;
- Atrainstoppingatallurbanstationsleavingevery15minutes.Toreachus,please:
o getoffat“StazioneOstiense”;
o followdirectionstogoto“Piramide”undergroundstationontheBline;
o TakeBlineofundergroundatPiramideStation(direction:Laurentina);
o GetoffatBasilicaS.PaoloStation.
TaxiesareavailableinfrontofallTerminals1.Thecostofthetaxiserviceis48eurofromFiumicinoairport,
inclusive of luggage, for a maximum of four passengers, for all destinations within the Aurelian Walls
delimiting the central area of the city (see the map, page 4). The cost of the service is the same for the
oppositedirectionalso,goingfromRometoFiumicino.Fordestinationsoutsideofthecentralareaofthe
city,thecostwillbeindicatedbythetaximeter,towhichtheluggagefeemustbeadded.
FROMCIAMPINOAIRPORT
Ciampinoairportcanbereachedbydifferentbuslines.
1. The connection by public transports between the airport and the Roma Termini rail station is carried
outbytheCOTRAL/SCHIAFFINIbuses.Theticketcosts5euroanditcanbeboughtdirectlyinthebus.

2. Theconnectionis,furthermore,carriedoutbytheSITBUSSHUTTLEbusline,whichdailyconnectsthe
airporttoTerminirailstationwithanaveragetimeof30minutes.Thecostis6eurosonlyoneway.For

3. It is also available a connection with Termini rail station granted by theTERRAVISION company. The
onewayticketcostsis6euro(adult)and4euro(child).Ticketsaresold,besidesontheaircraftsandon
thewebsitesofthelowcostcarriers,alsointheboxesinfrontofthearrivalareaoftheairportand
directlyonthewebsitewww.terravision.eu.

VehiclesprovidingtheCityofRometaxiservicearewhiteandhavea"TAXI"signontheirroof,aswellasanidentifyingnumberontheir
doors,ontherear,andinsidethevehicle.WARNING:Donottrustpeoplewhoapproachyouofferingtaxies:theyaremoreoftenthannot
unauthorized. Any other vehicles present near airport exits could be driven by persons who do not possess the official Taxi or Rental
authorization,andthefaredemandedcouldbehigher;inanycasetheseratesarebeyondtheCityofRome'scontrol.

Taxies are available in front of Arrival Terminal2. The cost of the taxi service is 30 euro from Ciampino
airport (inclusive of luggage, for a maximum of four passengers) for all destinations within the Aurelian
