Meeting venue
The meeting is scheduled to take place on May 15 - 16, 2014 in Istat Via Cesare Balbo, 14 Rome.

Registration and identification badges
Participants are requested to register and obtain meeting badges,
between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
For identification, all participants should always wear the badge during the meeting.
Working language
The meeting will be held in English only.
No translation service will be provided.
Coffee break
Will be offered to participants outside the meeting room.
Travel arrangements
Participants are responsible for their own travel. Information on flights, services
and transfers to the city are available below.
Social dinner
The social dinner, for those who have joined, will take place on May 15.

The best way to get to Rome is by train. You will find a railway station inside
the Airport.
A direct train goes straight from Leonardo da Vinci to Termini (and backwards),
with no intermediate stops. It takes about 30 minutes. Ticket: 14 euros.
