4.Complete this Free Product Redemption & Shipping Form.
5.Forward Free Product Redemption & Shipping Form AND copy of distributor
invoice showing SeeSnake camera system purchased between March 2nd and
June 30, 2008 (redemption card must be signed and dated by RIDGID Territory Manager to qualify for free RIDGID product) to address at right. All FREE
product must be redeemed by August 31, 2008.
