RECOMMENDATIONS • Do not dilute DMA 3000 with water. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS DMA 3000 consists of a stable emulsion of vegetable oils, corrosion inhibitors and special admixtures developed in the Mapei research laboratories. • Do not dilute DMA 3000 with solvents or other oils. DMA 3000 owes its efficacy to physical action of conventional form release agents, which counter-act adhesion of concrete to forms, and to chemical reaction with cement paste in contact with forms promoting its release. DMA 3000 features the following advantages: • Improved surface finish thanks to the drastic reduction of large and micro surface air bubbles. • No surface dusting. • Preferably use DMA 1000 with raw wood forms. • Do not use DMA 3000 with concrete or gypsum forms. Preferably use DMA 2000. • When using with rubber forms make sample tests or contact the Mapei Technical Services. DIRECTIONS FOR USE DMA 3000 is ready to use. This can cause the formation of a fine dust on the surface which can alter the final finish. Cleaning Tools used for applying DMA 3000 can be cleaned with water. CONSUMPTION Metal forms: 15-25 g/m2.
