The fee covers all printed materials, certificate of attendance, a copy of the Proceedings,
welcome party, coffee breaks and the Symposium dinner.
Please pay the registration fee as soon as possible. In case you decide to make your payment
only several days prior to the Symposium, you are kindly asked to bring a copy of your payment
confirmation to the Symposium.
CANCELLATION of REGISTRATION:
Written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Organizing Committee (e-mail or fax).
The fee will be refunded in an amount reduced by 30%.

PRESENTATIONS:
Papers can be presented in the form of poster or oral presentation.
Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes (including discussion 10 + 5). Presentations can
be held in English or Croatian, but interpreters will not be provided.
A PC for PowerPoint presentations will be available. Presentations on a USB memory stick
should be given to the technical staff at least 30 minutes before the start of the section.
Posters can be displayed during all three days of the Symposium. Posters should be prepared in
vertical (portrait) orientation, not exceed 90 cm  110 cm, and the text should be readable
from a distance of 1.5 m. Poster viewings will be provided during the coffee brakes after the
section with the adequate topic and authors are expected to be next to their posters.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM:
The conference will begin on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 9:00, while the closing session is
planned for Friday, April 17, 2015 at 13:00. Registration will be possible from Tuesday, April
14, 2015 late afternoon. The conference dinner is intended for all participants and is planned
to take place on the evening of Thursday, April 16, 2015.
A detailed program will soon be made available at http://www.hdzz.hr and sent to all
participants by e-mail.
PROCEEDINGS:
Papers should be sent in doc or docx format to [email protected].
Submitted papers, written according to the instructions, will be published in the Proceedings
which will be distributed to the participants at the Symposium. All submitted papers that do
not follow the given instructions shall be returned to the authors for corrections.
The extended abstracts of all papers in the Proceedings will be published in the INIS
database.
The submission deadline for the full papers is February 15, 2015
Authors can prepare their papers according to the instructions of the Journal Archives of
Industrial Hygiene and Toxicology. The instructions for authors are available at:
