VOTING PROCEDURE FOR THE 2014-2015 STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS You can also reach the candidate list and the voting handbook from the ogr.kemerburgaz.edu.tr website. 1 – First find the number of the candidate you will be voting for (11,12...,101,102,…231) Don’t forget that you can only vote for a candidate from your own department. If you vote for a candidate outside of your department or vote more than once, your vote(s) will be invalid. 2 - Log on to Oracle Peoplesoft from campus.kemerburgaz.edu.tr:8000 which is our Student Affairs program. Your username is the name.surname given to you during registration. Your initial password is your T.C identity number. If you wish to use the program in English or Turkish select the language first and then enter in your username and password. 3 - Select Service Requests from the main menu. 4 – Select “Create New Request” from the “My Service Requests” tab. 5 – Select 1 on the new page and choose Kemerburgaz University. Then select 2 and choose “vote for your candidate” and progress by clicking Next. 6 - Click VOTE on the next page to progress. 7 – The only thing you have to do on the voting page is to write the number for the candidate you are going to vote for. Please do not write anything else. Only one candidate’s number must be written. Otherwise your vote will be invalid. Then click the SUBMIT button and register your vote. 8 – There will be a new entry on the “My Service Requests” page indicating that your vote has been received. The contents of your vote will not be shown here. 9- You have successfully completed the voting procedure.
