Bedsider вЂњGet Off Good in 2015вЂќ Contest Rules Official Rules No Purchase Necessary The Bedsider вЂњGet Off Good in 2015вЂќ Contest is sponsored by The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy (вЂњSponsorвЂќ), 1776 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036. Contest is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest. The Contest begins at 12:01am on December 26, 2014, and ends at 11:59pm on January 31, 2015 (the "Entry Period"). To enter, visit www.bedsider.org/getoffgood and enter your name, email address, and birthdate (your вЂњContest EntryвЂќ). Winners will be randomly chosen from all valid Contest Entries. Limit one entry per person for the duration of the Contest. All entries will be considered made by the authorized holder of the email address associated with the entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Persons with multiple email accounts must submit only one entry. Winning entrants will be required to provide their mailing address for the purpose of collecting their prize. Sponsor does not sell any personal information it collects. All entries become the property of Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. The winning entrantsвЂ™ mailing addresses will be used solely for the purpose of delivering prizes to winning entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or mutilated entries, including due to transmission, technical, and/or network failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any hardware or software (whether originating with sender or Sponsor), human error, or any other error or malfunction. The authorized account holder of the email account submitted at time of entry will be considered the entrant. An "authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email account associated with a winning entry. Entrants agree not to upload, post, or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses, or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s). Entrants also agree not to provide or upload any content which is defamatory, threatening, distasteful, racist, unlawful or otherwise objectionable. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or the authorized account holder of the email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. В ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any Entries that show the entrant is not eligible will be disqualified. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, agencies, and affiliates, and their immediate families and persons living in their households are not eligible to participate in this Contest. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules and to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days an affidavit of eligibility and release (except where prohibited) affirming their agreement to all terms, conditions, and restrictions in these Contest rules. RANDOM CONTEST DRAWING: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing after the close of the entry period and before February 6, 2015 to select two (2) Grand Prize Winners from among all eligible Contest Entries received within the Entry Period and twenty-five (25) Secondary Prize Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrants are required to visit www.bedsider.org/getoffgood and submit their name, email address and birthdate anytime during the Entry Period. To be valid, all entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on January 31, 2015. All decisions of Sponsor concerning all matters related to this Contest are final. Winners will be notified via email using the email address submitted for entry. If any attempted prize notification is not successful within three (3) business days, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. PRIZES: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES will be awarded. Grand Prize Winners will each receive a $500 gift voucher to be used on FAB.com. TWENTY-FIVE (25) SECONDARY PRIZES will be awarded. Secondary Prize Winners will each receive a $50 gift voucher to be used on FAB.com. The Winners are responsible for any and all additional costs associated with the use or enjoyment of prizes. Winner(s) will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as any license and registration or other fees incurred by participation in the Contest including, but not limited to, transportation costs, gratuities, and other items of an incidental nature. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY: Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Proof of U.S. or U.S. Territory residency and age are required to claim a prize. Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. In the event that a winner is determined to be ineligible, his or her prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. In the event that a winner fails to respond to Sponsor within three (3) business days of notification, his or her prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest without awarding any prizes if no eligible winners or alternate winners claim the prizes within the required time. Winners will be required to execute and return to Sponsor a liability release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of notice of winning. In the event that a winner fails to execute and return a liability release and affidavit of eligibility (except where prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of notice of winning, his or her prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its affiliates to use winnerвЂ™s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, damaged, defaced, incomplete, stolen, illegible, indiscernible, mutilated, illegally obtained, postage due or misdirected entries, or for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or announcement of the prize and/or all Contest-related materials. By entering this Contest, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest, however caused. Personal information includes any information that can be tracked back to a specific individual use, including name, email or postal address, and telephone number. Sponsor WILL NOT SHARE any personal information it collects WITH ANYONE other than prize suppliers in order to deliver prizes to winners.
