Citrus Chicken Sorrento Inspired by Olive Garden’s Citrus Chicken Sorrento Tender, grilled chicken breasts in a citrus honey glaze and served with lightly seasoned broccoli, artichokes and roasted vegetables. This dish is inspired by the Italian city of Sorrento, famous for its lemon groves. Ingredients ¼ cup of honey ¼ cup of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of orange juice 1 teaspoon chili paste ¼ cup of white wine 4 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise 3 tablespoon of olive oil 2 lemons, halved Fresh chopped parsley Directions In a sauce pan, add honey, lemon juice, orange juice, chili paste and white wine. Mix to combine, and cook on medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Reduce heat to low. Grill lemon halves until lightly browned, remove from pan and set aside. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Grill chicken breast pieces for 4-6 minutes, until cooked through. Place two pieces of chicken on each plate, and spoon sauce over dish. Serve with vegetables of your choice. Top with fresh chopped parsley and a grilled lemon half. Serve and enjoy! Recipe serves 4.
