CALENDAR PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE What an incredible week! The AdvancED team came to SSA for a peer review site visit. They spent a couple of days at SSA verifying that the self-study report that we filed was accurate and representative of our school. They recommended that we be reaccredited and had some wonderful things to say about our school community and our school. We also inducted three alumnae into the St. Scholastica Academy Hall of Fame. All of these athletes played with great dedication. Our Hall of Famers are wonderful role models for our current students, and it was great to have them and their families back on campus once again. SSA STUDENT STANDOUTS • SSA junior Katherine Stolin has been volunteering with JoJo’s Hope, a charitable organization which offers swimming and aquatic activity programs which are adapted to meet the need of individuals with mental or physical limitations. • SSA senior Juliette St. Romain was selected for a second time to attend Teen Vogue Fashion University in New York. In March she will hear and learn first-hand from top names in the industry about their experiences in the fashion and business worlds.
