Provide prekindergarten teachers with opportunities in August to prepare their classroom learning centers in alignment with the expectations of the grant. Create a Pre-Kindergarten Information Booklet for clear communication among all stakeholders. Provide information to all parents and stakeholders through pre-registration, flyers, letters, and information booklets. Provide on-going monthly training with Region XIII coaches for all Pre-K teachers at Central Office. Meet with pre-k coaches and pre-k teachers to address areas of growth and collaborate with coaches to provide professional development to those teachers. Provide all teachers with a camera for video-taping purposes and reflective conversations with coaches Attend Leadership institute for School Ready Collaborative grant to learn how to support the pre-kindergarten teachers and program. 3|Page
