INFORMATION ABOUT THE MEETING

The meeting is organized by Medical Center of Radboud University and
Turkish Society of Medical Mycology under the umbrella of European
Confederation of Medical Mycology.

The scientific meeting will take place in the Conference Hall of the
Anemon Hotel which is located within the Ege University Hospital Campus.

The registration fee for the Master Class is as follows:

The registration fee covers participation in the sessions, meeting bag,
certificate of participation, and free coffee breaks during the meeting.
The participation in the meeting will be accredited by the European Union
and the Turkish Medical Association.

Dinner will be served as à la carte.

Coffee breaks during the meeting (3 coffee breaks) are free.

After closing of the meeting on April 11, 2015, the Big Kemeraltı Bazaar, a
historical market district of Izmir can be visited.

Closing Dinner: In the evening of April 11, 2015, Saturday, there will be
an optional closing dinner in a different restaurant outside Anemon Hotel
(60 Euros/person).

Excursion: On April 12, 2015, Sunday, there will be an optional whole day
guided excursion to the antique city Ephesus (82 km distanced from
Izmir) and to St. Mary’s House on the Nightingale Mountain (Catholic
pilgrimage site) near Ephesus by 5-10 minutes (80 Euros/person, lunch
excluded). For the excursion, because of expected warm weather,
sunglasses, hat, easy shoes, and a bottle of water are recommended).

