1977 yılında kurulmuş olan firmamız, 200 meterekarelik bir alanda başlattığı çalışmalarını, gelişen işhacmine paralel olarak,
1985 yılında Mahmutbey’deki 1500 metrekarelik tesislerinden sonra, 2010 yılından itibaren Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’ndeki
(GOSB) 8750 metrekarelik fabrikasında sürdürmeye devam edecektir.
Sektöre ilk olarak çekmeceli dolap üretimi ile hizmet vermeye başlayan firmamız, ürün yelpazesine CNC Takım Dolapları,
Malzeme Dolapları, Personel Dolapları, Çalışma Masaları, Takım Arabaları, Depolama ve Yedekparça Rafları gibi birçok yeni ürünü
ekleyerek, ürün yelpazesini her geçen gün geliştirmektedir.
Üretmiş olduğumuz ürünler turizm, makine, otomotiv, beyazeşya, tekstil, kuyumculuk, lojistik, kalıp, plastik, elektronik,
aydınlatma, savunma sanayii, eğitim kurumları, sağlık gibi birçok sektör tarafından kullanılmaktadır.
Ürünlerimizde estetik, çok amaçlı kullanım ve uzun süreli dayanıklılık gibi özellikler ön planda tutularak; müşterilerimizin, daha
düzenli ortamlarda, daha verimli iş gücüyle, zamandan ve paradan tasarruf etmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Incorporated in 1977, our company has moved its operations, once carried out in a 200 m2 area, first to 1500 square meter
facility in 1985 and will move to 8750 square meter factory in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone (GOSB) in 2010 in parallel to
increasing turnaround.
Having started serving the industry with closets with drawers, our company has been expanding each day our product
portfolio to include many new product types such as CNC Tool Closets, Material Closets, Personnel Lockers, Work Desks, Tool
Carts, Storage and Spare Part Racks.
Products we manufacture are being used in many industries and businesses including tourism, machinery, automotive, while
goods, textile, jewelry, logistics, molding, plastics, electronics, illumination, defense industry, education institutions, health and etc.
Aesthetics, multi-purpose use, and long lasting durability are prioritized in our products with the aim of providing our customers
with possibility of savings from time and money due to a more efficient productivity in neater work areas.
Having adhered to high quality and absolute customer satisfaction principles in our company since the very first day,
we implement quality control and assurance at every aspect of our operation, from project preparation to manufacturing, and
manufacturing to assembly. Our essential policy at KOÇEL ÇELİK is to follow up ever advancing technology more closely and to
manufacture as per the world standards.
1977 im Jahrt der Firmengründung arbeiteten wir auf 200m2 , mit steigneden Aufträgen produzieren wir erst ab 1985 in
Mahmutbey auf 1500 m2, ab 2010 im Gebze Industriegebiet (GOSB) auf 8750m2.
Unsere erste Produkte waren Schubladen Schränke, später CNC Werkzeugschränke, Personal Schränke, Werkbänke, Roll
Werkzeugsachränke, Lager und Ersatzteil Regale und täglich kpommen neue Produkte hinzu.
Unsrere Produkte werden in der Tourismusbranche, im Maschienenbau, in der Autoindustrie, in der Textil Industrie, bei Juwelieren
, in der Logistik, in der Kunststoffindustrie, in der Elektroindustrie, in der Beleuchtungstechnik, in der Verteidigungsindustrie, im
Bildungssektor, im Gesundheitssektor und in der Schwerindustrie genutzt. Die herausragenden Eigenschaften unserer Erzeugnisse
sind Ästethetik, Funkltionalität und Langlebigkeit. Das unsere Kunden in einer organisierten Arbeitsumgebung Zeit und Energie und
somit Geld sparen ist unser Ziel.

Takım arabası grubundaki ürünlerimizin en önemli avantajı, küçük ölçüleri sayesinde ergonomik ve pratik kullanım sağlamasıdır. El
aletlerinin çekmecelerde saklanması sayesinde el aleti kaybı asgari seviyede tutulmuştur. Ürünlerimiz genellikle otomotiv servis
sektöründe ve fabrika bakım onarım bölümlerinde tercih edilmektedir. Bu grupta çekmeceli, raflı ve daha birçok özellikte alternatif
modellerimiz mevcuttur.
The most important advantage of our products in the tool cart groups is that they provide ergonomic and practical usage due
to their small dimensions. Tool losses are kept at minimal levels thanks to the storage of tools in the drawers. Our products are
generally preferred in the automotive service sector and the maintenance-repair departments of plants. In this group, we have
alternative models with drawers, shelves and many other features.

Der wichtigste Vorteil unserer Produkte in der Werkzeugwagen-Gruppe ist dass sie aufgrund ihrer niedrigen Dimensionen eine
ergonomische und praktische Verwendung ermöglichen. Mit der Aufbewahrung der Werkzeuge in den Schubläden werden
Werkzeugverluste so gering wie möglich gehalten. Unsere Produkte werden allgemein in der Auromobil-Servicebranche und in
den Wartungs- und Reparaturabteilungen von Fabriken bevorzug. In dieser Gruppe bieten wir alternative Modelle mit Schubladen,
Regalen und vielen anderen Eigenschaften.

Genellikle havacılık sektörünün tercih ettiği 8100 serisi takım arabalarımız 5 - 6 ve 7 çekmeceli modelleriyle sizlerin kullanımına
sunulmuştur. Teknik özellik olarak diğer takım arabalarıyla aynı özelliklere sahiptir.
Our 8100 series tool carts, which are generally preferred by the aviation sector, are offered to you in models with 5 – 6 and 7 drawers.
These tool carts have the same technical specifications as the other tool carts.
Unsere Werkzeugwagen der Serie 8100, die generell von der Luftfahrtbranche bevorzugt werden, bieten wir in Modellen mit 5 – 6 und
7 Schubladen. Diese Werkzeugwagen haben aus technischer Sicht die gleichen Eigenschaften wie die anderen Werkzeugwagen.

• Her türlü üretim-bakım-servis alanlarında kullanmaya elverişlidir.
• 30x30x1.5 mm kutu profilden imal edilmiş olup elektrostatik toz boya ile
boyanmıştır.
• Masalara istenirse askı panosu, elektrik panosu, florasan lamba,
mengene, avadanlık kutusu ilave etme imkanı bulunmaktadır.
• Arabaların altına değişik dolap altarnatifleri montaj etmek mümkündür.
• Masa üstleri 25 mm MDF Pinoteks boyalı tablalardan üretilir ve tabla
üstü isteğe göre lastik levha, galvaniz sac, paslanmaz sac olabilir.
• Lastik levhalar galvaniz L çıtalar ile MDF ye birleştirilir
• Tekerlekler 125 mm lik olup 1 frenli 1 oynar 2 sabit modelden oluşmaktadır.

• Die Werkstattwagen sind geeignet für die Verwendung in allen
Produktions-, Wartungs- und Servicebereichen.
• Diese werden aus 30x30x1.5 mm Kastenprofil hergestellt und werden
mit elektrostatischer Pulverfarbe beschichtet.
• Die Werkstattwagen können mit Aufhängetafeln, einem Schaltkasten,
einer Leuchtstoffröhre, einer Klemmeinrichtung bestückt werden.
• Es ist möglich unter die Wagen verschieden Schrankalternativen zu
montieren.
• Die Tischoberflächen werden aus Pinotex beschichteten 25 mm MDFPlatten hergestellt und können auf Wunsch mit einer Kautschukmatte,
galvanisiertem Blech, rostfreiem Blech verkleidet werden.
• Die Kautschukmatten werden mit L-Leisten an der MDF-Platte
befestigt.
• Die Räder haben einen Maß von 125 mm und bestehen aus 1 mit
Bremsvorrichtung ausgestattetem, 1 mobilen und 2 fixierten Rädern.
