Our company since the days of its foundation has been the pioneer and the leader of

AKR‹LAM ULTRA HIGH GLOSS AKR‹L‹K MDF PANEL
De¤iim Orman Ürünleri A.., 2009 yılında yatırımını yapmı oldu¤u Flat
Laminasyon hattında AKR‹LAM markasıyla, 2800x1220x18 mm ve
2800x1220x08 mm ebatlarında, ‹spanya’dan ithal etmi oldu¤u yüksek
parlaklık ve kalitede Akrilik Yüzeyleri E-1 kalite MDF üzerine uygulayarak
ULTRA HIGH GLOSS AKR‹L‹K MDF PANEL üretimine de balamı ve bu
konuda sektöründe öncü olmutur. Gerek yurt içinde gerekse yurt dıında
Akrilam, mobilya üreticilerinin ve orman ürünleri ticareti yapan firmaların
tercih etti¤i ve aradı¤ı bir marka haline gelmitir. ‹ste¤e ba¤lı olarak farklı
kalınlık ve ölçülerde de üretilebilir.
Akrilam 16 mm veya 6 mm kalınlı¤ında E-1 kalite MDF üzerine
‹spanya’dan ithal 1 mm kalınlı¤ında akrilik yüzey ve 0,65 mm kalınlı¤ında
ince bute yüzeyli polistiren astarın flat laminasyon hattında poliüretan
tutkal kullanılarak preslenmesi suretiyle üretilmektedir.

AKR‹LAM ULTRA HIGH GLOSS ACRYLIC FACED MDF BOARD
De¤iim Forest Products Co., Inc. made an investment in 2009 to add a Flat Lamination product line, started manufacturing ULTRA HIGH GLOSS ACRYLIC FACED MDF
BOARDS with dimensions 2800x1220x18 mm and 2800x1220x08 mm branded as
AKRILAM and soon became a pioneer of the industry in this respect. Akrilam brand
products are manufactured by bonding of High Gloss and High Quality Acrylic Sheets
imported from Spain with E-1 Quality MDF bases. Eventually Akrilam has become a
preferred and sought brand for furniture manufacturers and traders of forest products
both domestically and internationally.
Akrilam is being manufactured by bonding of E-1 Quality MDF bases of 16 mm or 6
mm thickness with 1 mm thick acrylic sheets and 0,65 mm thick fine quartz surfaced
polystyrene coating using polyurethane adhesive under pressure in the flat lamination line.
Akrilam is an economical and visually striking product that can be used for many
types of furniture manufacturing such as wall mount TV units, dining and bedroom
furniture, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, special purpose decorative items, exhibition stands, sliding door systems.
ULTRA HIGH GLOSS ACRYLIC FACED MDF BOARDS May be manufactured with
different thicknesses and/or dimensions upon request.

kitchen worktops. As a matter of fact it is the market leader in Turkey both in
the manufacturing capacity of this product as well as the related sales
network. The company exports a major part of its laminated worktops.
Also our company supplies kitchen and bathroom worktops of different
dimensions to housing estate project contractors who manufacture kitchens
and bathrooms for such projects.

• Suya karı dayanıklıdır.
• Bir uzun kenarı dik radius (R3) postforming uygulamalı oldu¤undan
dekoratif bir görünüme sahiptir.
• 38 mm kalınlı¤ındaki suya dayanıklı (yeil sunta) yonga levhadan
üretilmitir.
• Tezgahların üretiminde kullanılan tutkalların tamamı suya dayanıklı
poliüretan tutkaldır.
• Postforming uygulaması olan kısmında laminat alt tarafında boydan
boya polyamid tutkal kullanılarak darbelere karı dayanıklılık arttırılmıtır.
• Tezgahların arka uzun kenarı kalın ka¤ıt bant ile kaplıdır.
• Tezgahların alt yüzeylerinde suya dayanıklı beyaz renkli astar folyo
kullanılmıtır.

• The bonding agents employed in the manufacturing of the worktops are all water
resistant polyurethane adhesives
• All worktops have overlay laminates that increase scratch resistivity of their
surfaces
• Polyamide adhesive is used to bond the laminate all along the edge where postforming is applied to increase its resilience against impacts
• Long edge of the worktops at the rear are covered with thick paper tape
• Water resistant white colored coating foils are used on the undersides of the
worktops
• Are long lasting economical products
• No ruffling occurs on the front edges where postforming is applied since our
worktops are manufactured with direct postforming technology

laminasyon hattında poliüretan tutkalla üretim yapıldı¤ından pürüzsüz bir yüzey elde edilebilmektedir.
LAMINATED PANEL
These panels are manufactured by bonding of HPL or CPL laminates with particle or MDF boards of various
thicknesses at thermo-press or flat lamination lines. Mirror or glossy laminated panels have perfectly smooth
surfaces since they are manufactured at the flat lamination line with use of polyurethane adhesives.
Areas of usage of these panels are wall paneling, cabinet door and bench top panel manufacturing.

Paket Sistemi ve Montaj
Üretimi yapılan modüller, iste¤e ba¤lı olarak takım bazında shrink, strech veya
karton ambalaj yapabilmektedir. Talep edilmesi halinde, modullerin montajı
fabrikamızda yapılarak sizlerin hizmetine sunulmaktadır.
Packaging and Assembly
Modules may be packed in sets using stretch wraps, shrink wraps or cardboard boxes as
requested. Also modules may be delivered after their assembly in our plant if requested.
