a period of development with the shift from cotton and
woolen mattresses to spring mattress. Today, many
people spend 1/3 of their days at sleep. Accordingly
this enhances the importance of mattress quality and
comfort. MERT MACHINERY, established in 1993 with the
awareness of this necessity, has started the production
of mattress machines. Mert Machinery then, ensured
the trust of many producers with the mechanical quilting
machine it had produced those years. In this regard, Mert
Machinery, has been providing service to the mattress
producers for 20 years by incorporating all sorts of
mattress machines from A to Z. With this specialty, Mert

Dünya yatak endüstrisi pamuk ve yün
yataklardan yaylı yatağa geçişi ile birlikte süregelen
bir gelişim içerisindedir. Bugün birçok insan gününün
1/3 ünü uykuda geçirmektedir. Dolayısı ile bu da yatak
kalitesi ve konforun önemini artırmaktadır. Bu gereksinim
bilinci ile 1993 yılında kurulan MERT MAKINA, yatak
makineleri üretimine başlamıştır. Ozamanlar da ürettiği
mekanik kapitone makinesi ile birçok üreticinin güvenini
sağlamıştır. Bu bağlamda geçtiğimiz 20 yıl içerisinde A
dan Z ye bütün yatak üretim makinelerini bünyesine
katarak yatak üreticilerine hizmet vermektedir. Bu özelliği

konusunda önde gelen firmalardan birtanesi olmayı

Hotmelt Glue Line Machine
One of the most crucial parts of mattress production
is preparing mattress carcasses. While the mattress
side foam and top felting were being prepared with
solvent-based glue, it is passed to the hotmelt system to
provide worker health, and good smell& hygiene on the
mattress in the latest years. Our MMS 2500 glueing line
has reduced the number of personel and raw material
of glue in daily mattress production and also increased
the amount of production. Melt glue (hotmelt) is used
in our MMS 2500 hotmelt glueing line. This glueing
system maximizez worker health and hygiene on the
mattress, as a result of being scentless. Our system is
able to design as 1-3 and 5 bridge systems, according
to the mattress production place and capacity of the
manufacturer.
Yatak üretiminin önemli bölümlerinden birtanesi de yatak
karkası hazırlama bölümüdür. Yatak yan takoz yerleştirme
ve üst keçeleme işlemleri daha önceleri solvent bazlı tutkal
ile hazırlanırken gerek işçi sağlığı gerekse yataktaki koku
ve hijyeni sağlamak için hotmelt sisteme geçilmiştir. MMS
2500 tutkal hattımız günlük yatak üretimin de personel
sayısını azaltarak aynı zamanda üretimide ciddi şekilde
artırmıştır. MMS 2500 hotmelt tutkallama hattımızda
eriyik tutkal (hotmelt) kullanılmaktadır. Bu tutkal sistemi
kokusuz olduğundan dolayı işçi sağlığını ve yataktaki
hijyeni de üst seviyeye çıkarmaktadır. Sistemimiz
üreticinin yer ve üreteceği yatak kapasitesine göre 1 – 3
ve 5 köprülü sistem olarak dizayn edilebilmektedir.

ЛИНИИ СКЛЕИВАНИЯ
Одной из важных частей производства матрацев,
является часть по подготовки каркасов. Переход
проходом прикроватного упора через верхний войлок,
подготовленного клеем на основе растворителя,
запускается система терма клея, что безопасно как
для здоровья персонала, так и для гигиены и запаха
матраца. Наш станок склеивания MMS 2500, уменьшая
дневное количество персонала, значительно повышает
производительность. В станке MMS 2500 на линии терма
клей используется горячий клей (горячим расплавом).
Эта система клея не имеет запаха, что переносит её
на высокий уровень, так как она безопасна как для
здоровья персонала, так и для гигиены матраца. Дизайн
нашей системы, производит матрацы по расположению
завода-изготовителя и по грузоподъёмности, в качестве
мостовой системы 1, 3-5.
ОСОБЕННОСТИ:
Склеивание краёв: Использование центральной и
угловой системы склеивания, при помощи губки и
войлока, на высокой скорости и в заданном количестве.
Высокая скорость; Скорость конвейера и моста пресс
30Мт/ минуту.
Автоматическое определение размеров; Автоматическое
определение размеров для матрасов различных
размеров, при помощи Энкодера и Датчиков.
Автоматическая регулировка высоты; автоматическая
регулировка высоты в соответствии с высотой матраца на
мостах 2-3-4-5 .
Центральное склеивание; применение системы
склеивания с помощью 4 частей бруса с центра на матрац
прошедший через войлок.
Дополнительные линии ; Станок склеивания MMS –
2500 с мостами 1-3 и 5разработан для совместного
использования со станком автоматической окантовки
краёв.
LÍNEA DE ENCOLADO
Una de las partes importantes de producción de cama es
la preparación del armazón de cama. Mientras que el tisaje
del superficie del cuña lateral de cama se preparaba con un
cola a base de disolvente, se ha pasado al sistema fundido en
caliente (hot melt) para cumplir con la salud de los empleados
pero también con el olor y la higiene en la cama. Nuestro
línea de encolado MMS 2500 mientras bajando el nombre de
personal en la producción de cama diario, ha aumentado fuertemente la producción. En nuestro línea de encolado hotmelt
MMS 2500 se usa cola fundida (hotmelt). Ese sistema de cola
optimiza la salud de los empleados y la higiene en la cama
porque es sin olor. Nuestro sistema se puede diseñar como un
sistema con 1 -3 y 5puentes según el espacio y la capacidad de
producción de cama del productor.
ESPECIFICIDADES
Encolado de esquina; Sistema de aplicación de cola de esquina
y de centro de alta velocidad y con la cuantidad deseada en las
esquinas de esponja y de vestido de pelo.
Alta velocidad; Velocidad de cinta transportadora compresión
y de puente 30mt / minuto
Dimensiones automáticas; dimensiones automáticos para
cama de cualquier dimensión con codificadores y censores.
Ajuste de altura automático; Ajuste de altura automático para
los puentes 2-3-4-5 según la altura de cama.
Encolado central; Sistema de aplicación de cola con 4 boquilla
desde el centro sobre la cama tejida.
Líneas adicionales; Nuestra línea de cola MMS - 2500 con 1 - 3
y 5 puentes se ha diseñada para poder funcionar en armonía

La préparation de la carcasse du matelas est un des plus
importantes étapes de la production de matelas. Antérieurement le feutrage supérieur du tampon de coté du matelas
se réalisait avec du colle à base de solvant mais à nos jours
le système hotmelt est utilisé pour assurer la désodorisation
et l’hygiène du matelas et la santé du personnel. Notre ligne
d’agglutination MMS 2500 a augmenté la quantité de production en diminuant le nombre de personnel. Une solution de
colle (hotmelt) est utilisée dans notre ligne d’agglutination
holmelt MMS 2500. Ce système d’agglutination est sans
odeur et de ce fait assure une meilleure hygiène et la santé du
personnel. Notre système peut être conçu comme un système
à 1 – 3 et 5 ponts en fonction de la capacité et du lieu de
production de notre client.
