BioCAP™ PET, mikrobiyolojik ve kimyasal
analizler için tasarlanmış numune alma
şişesidir. Benzersiz tasarımı ile rahat
kavranıp optimum taşıma ve maksimum
depolama imkanı sağlar. PET (polietilen
tereftalat) özelliğinden dolayı sağlam,
kırılmaz, hafif ve dengelidir. Cam şeffaflığı
ve şişe üzerindeki kabartma sayesinde
numune hacmi kolaylıkla kontrol edilir.

BioCAP™ PET, is a sampling bottle designed
for microbiological and chemical analyses
of water. It is easily holding with its unique
design and this provides optimum carrying
and maximum storage opportunities. It is
stronge, unbreakable, light and balanced
because it is made of PET (polyethylene
terephthalate) The bottle is embossed and
the sample volume is easily controlled by
using relief and its being transparent as
glass.
BioCAP™ PET şişe kapakları HDPE (yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen)
materyalden üretilir. Kapaklar açılmadığı sürece steriliteyi koruyan emniyet
halkalı vida kilit sistemine sahiptir ve sızdırmayı önlemek amacıyla
kendinden contalıdır. BioCAP™ PET şişeler geniş ağız çapı ile numune
alma ve boşaltma esnasında kontaminasyon riskini en aza indirir.
BioCAP™ PET bottle caps are manufactured from HDPE (high density
polyethylene). The cap has the screw locking system which is for
maintaining sterility unless the bottles not opened and it is self sealing
to prevent leakage. BioCAP™ PET bottles have wide mouth diameter to
minimize the risk of contamination during of the sampling and discharge
BioCAP™ PET şişelerinin sodyum tiyosülfatlı (Katkılı) ve tiyosülfatsız
seçenekleri bulunur. Şişelerin katkı içerikleri ISO 19458:2006 “Su
kalitesi - Mikrobiyolojik analizler için numune alma” standardına
uygun olarak hazırlanır ve şişelere eklenir. Ürün içeriklerine göre
şişeler farklı renkteki etiketler ile birbirinden kolayca ayırt edilir.
BioCAP™ PET have sodium thiosulfate (doped) and non sodium
thiosulfate options. Its additive content is prepared and added
to bottles in accordanced with ISO 19458:2006 “Water Quality
-Sampling for microbiological analysis” standard. The bottles are
easily distinguished with labels in different colors by their contents.
BioCAP™ PET şişe etiketleri üzerinde numune izlenebilirliği ve
otomasyonu amacıyla kare barkod, takip numarası ve lot numarası
bulunur. Kare barkod ile şişeler tanımlanırken takip numarası ile
numune izlenebilirliği sağlanır. Şişelerin gamma sterilizasyon
sertifikalarına ise resmi internet sitesi üzerinden Lot numarası ile
ulaşılabilir.
There are square barcode , tracking number and batch number
on the labels of the BioCAP™ PET bottles. When the bottles are
defined by Square barcode, the sample traceability is ensured by
tracking number. The gamma sterilization certificates of BioCAP™
PET bottles are accessible from the website by bacth number.
