Kvalitetno suho vino, 12,4 alk. Berba 2008, Vinogorje Korčula. Cuvee od plavca, cabernet sougvinon i
syrah. Rubin crvene boje, finih aroma koje podsjećaju na maline i kupine. Na nepcu jako ugodno i
pitko, malo tanično sa voćnim završetkom. Uslužuje se uz rižote, tjesteninu plavu ribu.
High quality dry wine from the Karcula Region harvested in 2008. Containing 12.4 % alcohol it is a real
Cuvee. The wine is produced from grapes plavac, cabernet souvignon and syrah. Ruby colour and sophis1cated flavour resemble raspberry and blackberry. Pleasant drink, complete with slight tannin
fruit flavour. Kindly recommended to riso2o, pasta and blue-flesh fish.

Strukturirano sa mirisima na suhu šljivu, zreli rogač. Blago tanično i mekano na nepcu, preporuka
za usluži1 uz plavu ribu, jača jela od mesa i ribe.
Extra quality red wine from the Korcula region with 12.8 % alcohol content. Deep ruby colour with
dried plum and locust aroma. Slight tannin content gives so! touch at the palate.
Recommended to blue-flesh fish dishes, and other meat and fish meals.
Vrhunsko vino Merlot, berba 2007. Proizvedeno je od istoimene sorte grožđa uzgojene na vlas11m
vinogradarskim površinama, te je uz predanu njegu naših eno-stručnjaka pažljivo čuvano i
kontrolirano kako bi u boci pos1glo svoj vrhunac. Preporučamo ga uz pečenu ribu, školjke,
ali i uz jela sa crvenim mesom, te posebice uz polutvrde sireve i pršut.
Extra quality wine Merlot, harvested in 2007, is made from the grape variety called Merlot,
cul1vated, with devoted care, by our experts in proper vineyards. It's carefully preserved and
controlled, so that it achieves its breathtaking taste. Try with roasted fish, seashells,
but also with red meat, and especially with medium firm cheeses and prosciu2o.
Suho vino od plavca malog je tamnocrvene do granatne boje s ljubičas1m odsjajima, raskošnog bukea
protkanog sortnom aromom i toplog, punog i profinjenog, zaobljenog, ugodno trpkastog do mekog
okusa. Sadrži 12-15 % alkohola. Traži fina jela od tamnog mesa, pogotovo krupne divljači, slaže se s
plavom ribom i plemeni1m sirevima izražene arome. Servira se na 18˚C.
The dry wine from Plavac Mali grapes is dark red, even garnet colour, with traces of purple, and has
a rich bouquet embedded in a cul1var aroma and a warm, full and refined, well rounded, sa1sfying acerbicto-so! taste. It contains 12-15 % alcohol. Plavac Malit goes well with fine foods prepared with dark meats,
especially wild game, and also with fish and strongly flavoured quality cheeses. It should be served at 18°C.
Postup Matuško vrhunsko crno vino sorte plavac mali. Karakterizira ga ljubičasto tamno-crvene boje
sa modrim refleksima.mirisom i okusom na rogač i suhe šljive. Lijepo uklopljenih tanina sa dosta
dugom trajnošću. Preporuča se uz pršut, paš1cadu, poparu-brodete, plavu ribu.
Postup Matuško is a extra quality red wine made from Plavac Mali variety. It's recognizable by purple to
dark red colour, with bluish glare. It has a scent of carob and dried plums, nicely put tanins,
with long life. Goes well with proscui2o, blue fish, popara, pascada.

Vrhunsko suho vino, 13,5 alk. Berba 2005 Vinogorje Hvar. Vrlo snažno upečatljivo vino tamne rubin
boje, lijepo razvijenim mirisom koje podsjeća na šljivu i začinsko bilje, krepka, topla i zaokružena
kapljica koju treba usluži1 uz jaka jela, pirjana tamna mesa, divljač, zrele ovčje sireve.
This extra quality red wine is from the Hvar region, harvested in 2005. It has got 13.5 % alcohol
content. Deep ruby coloured full wine with plum and spicy flavour.
Recommended to braised red meat, proud flesh and mature sheep cheese.
