In the dialect of my home town of Naples, this is how
we describe something that’s happening right before your
eyes, like a freshly made Mozzarella, still dripping from its
brine and ready to be eaten there and then.
Bread is served to every table, as well as complimentary
Extravirgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar upon request.
Our fresh products come from organic and local farmers,
according to market availability.

simple products sourced from the best farmers and producers, many of whom are our friends. They take pride in defending our culinary traditions - be it an heirloom tomato,
