- I Sig. Ospiti al momento dell’arrivo sono tenuti a presentare un regolare documento d’identità (passaporto, carta d’identità) per la registrazione di legge. Check-in: per le piazzole dalle 12:00; per le unità abitative consegna chiavi dalle 15:00. Check-out: l’orario cassa è dalle 08:00 alle 11:00. Il conto deve essere saldato 2 giorni prima della partenza. Si ricorda ai gentili ospiti che è vietato
(art.12 DL 201/2011) il pagamento in contanti di somme superiori a Euro 999,00 cumulativi. Le unità abitative devono essere liberate entro le 09:00, le piazzole entro le 12:00. - A partire dal 01/06
vige l’applicazione della tassa di soggiorno come da disposizioni del Comune di Moniga del Garda.
- Il contrassegno per l’auto ricevuto all’arrivo dovrà essere appeso allo specchietto retrovisore dell’autovettura; sarà negato l’accesso ai veicoli privi di contrassegno.
I veicoli hanno accesso alla struttura esclusivamente dalle ore 07:00 alle ore 23:00, al di fuori di tale orario è consentito il solo accesso pedonale
- L’installazione di tende e di roulotte dovrà essere effettuata secondo le indicazioni della Direzione.
La piazzola assegnata è delimitata e pertanto tutta l’attrezzatura, compresa l’auto, deve rimanere al suo interno. Nella piazzola può essere installato: a) 1 caravan + 1 auto; b) 1 tenda + 1 auto o 1 moto; c) 1 camper. Tutto il resto
é da considerare extra secondo quanto stabilito dal listino in vigore. Per le piazzole le tariffe si intendono giornaliere indipendentemente dall’ora di ingresso; il giorno di partenza verrà conteggiato se la partenza avverrà dopo le
ore 12:00. Il numero di presenze dichiarato all’arrivo verrà conteggiato per tutto il periodo di soggiorno, senza tenere conto di eventuali assenze non giustificate.
- È vietato effettuare scavi attorno alle piazzole, delimitarle con steccati, recinzioni, tirare corde ad altezza d’uomo, o quant’altro, accendere fuochi sul prato e sulla spiaggia; è inoltre vietato far spreco d’acqua ed il lavaggio di
auto e barche.
- Per le unità abitative al momento dell’arrivo dovrà essere versata una cauzione di € 100,00 che verrà rimborsata alla partenza dopo un accurato controllo della sistemazione. A tale proposito ricordiamo che l’unità abitativa deve
essere lasciata nelle condizioni d’ordine e pulizia in cu è stata trovata. In caso contrario saranno detratte le relative spese. A fine soggiorno, la chiave delle unità abitative dovrà essere consegnata in Direzione. -Si raccomanda
agli Ospiti di rispettare la vegetazione, l’igiene e la pulizia del complesso.
- La carta, la plastica, il vetro e i rifiuti comuni devono essere gettati negli appositi contenitori di riciclaggio.
- I proprietari di cani sono responsabili a tutti gli effetti, per danni da loro arrecati e si prega di tenerli sempre al guinzaglio. Per disposizioni di legge gli animali non sono ammessi all’interno delle unità abitative. E’ inoltre
severamente vietato portare i cani in spiaggia ed in piscina. Al momento dell’arrivo i proprietari di cani sono tenuti ad esibire al Ricevimento i documenti sanitari dell’animale.
- I servizi igienici saranno aperti progressivamente in relazione al numero degli ospiti.
- Gli adulti sono responsabili del comportamento dei propri figli, la cui vivacità, educazione e necessità non possono andare a discapito della quiete, sicurezza ed igiene degli altri Ospiti.
Inoltre i più piccoli devono essere sempre accompagnati da una persona adulta ai servizi igienici ed essere sorvegliati durante il bagno al lago, in piscina e durante l’utilizzo delle attrezzature di svago. L’ Ospite si impegna al
risarcimento dei danni causati dai minori anche nei confronti di terzi.
- E’ vietato l’uso dei veicoli a motore per gli spostamenti all’interno del campeggio; in ogni caso la velocità non deve essere superiore ai 10 km/h, mentre per le moto l’andatura deve essere a passo d’uomo.
- A norma di legge (D.P.R. 24/7/77 n. 616) non è permesso posare, anche temporaneamente boe per l’ormeggio di imbarcazioni senza l’autorizzazione dell’autorità competente.
- In tutti i locali della struttura è VIETATO FUMARE.
- Silenzio assoluto dalle 23:00 alle 07:00; dalle 13:00 alle 15:00 non è ammesso l’uso di apparecchi audio-visivi, per rispetto del riposo altrui.
- I Sig. Ospiti sono pregati di osservare il regolamento e gli orari di apertura esposti in piscina. - La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità per il denaro e gli oggetti di valore non affidati in custodia presso il ricevimento. -Servizio
oggetti smarriti: gli oggetti trovati nel campeggio devono essere consegnati al ricevimento, in modo da poterli restituire al legittimo proprietario.
- Nessuna responsabilità sarà assunta dalla Direzione per danni causati da maltempo o forza maggiore. - La Direzione si riserva di vietare l’ingresso ai visitatori giornalieri. Nessun estraneo potrà accedere al campeggio, anche
se accompagnato da ospiti, senza la preventiva autorizzazione della Direzione. Verrà richiesto un documento di riconoscimento, trascorso il termine di un’ora, verrà inderogabilmente applicata la tariffa come da listino. L’entrata
è consentita esclusivamente a piedi, le auto dovranno essere parcheggiate all’esterno. - Nell’ eventualità di inosservanza delle presenti norme la Direzione sarà costretta a prendere gli opportuni provvedimenti. Nei casi più gravi
i trasgressori saranno allontanati dal campeggio. Tutto il personale del campeggio è autorizzato a far rispettare le suddette disposizioni.

-Upon arrival guests are required to present a valid form of identity for each member of the group/family to permit registration required by law. Check-in: PITCHES from 12:00 p.m.; ACCOMMODATION - assignment of keys from 03:00 p.m. Check-out: cash office opening time from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Bills must be settled 2 days before departure.
Guests are reminded that payment of sums in cash higher than Euro 999,00 inclusive is prohibited (art.12 DL 201/2011). Accommodation must to be left by 9:00 a.m. – Pitches must be left by 12:00
p.m. From 01/06 the application of the visitor’s tax comes into force by order of the Town Hall of Moniga del Garda.
- The Car Pass given on arrival must always be displayed on your car rear-view mirror. Only cars showing the car pass will be allowed entrance to the Campsite.
Barrier will be open from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. - The emplacement will be allocated by the management. Your emplacement is delimited and all the equipment should kept within it. Equipment may include: a) 1 caravan +
1 car; b) 1 tent + 1 car or 1 motorbike; c) 1 Campervan. Anything else will be considered extra according to the pricelist.
- Pitches: payment will be calculated on a daily basis and departure time must be by 12:00 p.m. . The number of guests registered on the time of arrival will be the number charged on departure, irrelevant of any days absent
during the period booked. -The digging of trenches is not permitted, nor under any circumstances are open fires allowed on the Campsite or beach. It is also forbidden to wash motor vehicles or boats. Please respect nature of
the campsite. Plastic, paper and common rubbish must be separated and disposed of in the correct containers.
- Accommodation: on arrival a refundable deposit of 100,00 € is required. The deposit will be refunded on departure date, at condition that the unit is left tidy and clean, and that nothing has been damaged during the stay. At
the end of your stay, the key of your accommodation must be returned to the reception.
- Adults are directly responsible for the behaviour of their children. It is necessary to take care that their liveliness does not disturb the other campers.
Furthermore small children must always be accompanied by an adult to the bathrooms and be watched over whist swimming in the pool, in the lake and when using facilities. Parents will be liable for their children.
- Toilet and shower facilities will be opened in order set down by Management based on the number of Guests present.
- Dog owners are fully responsible for their own pets and any damage they may cause. In accordance with government regulations you are reminded that dogs are allowed on the Campsite, but must be kept on a lead and are
not permitted in the bungalows, caravans or tents. The owner must take care of their pet’s hygiene and make sure it does not disturb other customers. Dogs are strictly not allowed on the beach and at the swimming-pool areas.
On arrival proof of vaccination must be produced.
- The use of motor vehicles within the Campsite is restricted for access only. Guest may use motor vehicles at the maximum speed of 10 km/h
- Due to government regulations private buoys are not allowed on Lake Garda without prior authorization from the local authorities.
- Smoking forbidden in all Campsite buildings.
Absolute silence must be observed during the night between 23:00 and 07:00, and during the siesta, from 13:00 to 15:00
-All guests must observe the regulations for the swimming pool. These are clearly displayed at the pool.

-The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to guest’s personal property.
- A free safe deposit service is available at reception.
- Lost and Found service: any lost property found in the campsite must be handed over to the reception desk so as to return it to its lawful owner.
- The Management accepts no responsibility for damages due to bad weather or circumstances beyond one’s control.
- Visitors may not enter the Campsite even when accompanied by a guest, without prior authorization from the Management.
All visitors are required to leave a valid personal document at the reception and after an hour they will be charged for the daily camping rate. Visitors must leave theirs cars outside the main entrance barrier.
The Campsite has the right to refuse entrance to any visitors.
- Guests are kindly requested to observe the Campsite regulations. Any customer who seriously breaks these rules may be asked to leave the Campsite.

Bei der Ankunft sind unsere Gäste gebeten, gültige Ausweisdokumente (Pass, Personalausweis, usw.) bei der Rezeption für die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Anmeldung zu hinterlegen.
Check-in: für Stellplätze ab 12:00 Uhr; für Wohneinheiten, Übergabe der Schlüssel ab 15:00 Uhr. Check-out: Kasse Öffnungszeiten von 08:00 bis 11:00 Uhr.
Die Rechnung muss 2 Tage vor Abreise bezahlt werden. Es ist verboten Summen über Euro 999,00 Bar zu bezahlen (art.12 DL 201/2011). Stellplätze von 8:00 bis 12:00 Uhr frei lassen; Wohneinheiten von 8:00 bis 9:00 Uhr frei lassen. Ab den 01.06 wird eine Kurtaxe zusätzlich berechnet: o,60 Euro pro Tag, pro Person, über 14 J. a.
- Bei der Ankunft muss der erhaltene Car Pass am Rückspiegel des Fahrzeuges sichtbar befestigt werden. Die Zufahrt in den Campingplatz ist für Autos ohne Car Pass verboten.
Die Schranke, die den Zugang zum Platz ermöglicht, ist zu folgenden Zeiten geöffnet: von 7:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr.
- Stellplätze: Zelte und Wohnwagen müssen gemäß den Anordnungen der Direktion platziert werden. Die Begrenzungen des zugewiesenen Stellplatzes sind einzuhalten. Auf einem Stellplatz darf folgende Ausrüstung untergebracht werden: a) 1Wohnwagen + 1Auto; b) 1Zelt + 1Auto oder 1Motorrad; c) 1Wohnmobil. Alles andere ist getrennt zu berechnen, wie aus der Preisliste zu ersehen ist.
- Die Preise verstehen sich pro Tag, unabhängig von der Ankunftszeit. Der Abreisetag wird angerechnet, wenn die Abreise nach 12:00 Uhr stattfindet. Die bei der Ankunft angemeldete Personenzahl wird für die ganze Aufenthaltsdauer angerechnet, ohne Berücksichtigung von eventuellen Abwesenheiten. - Es ist verboten, Gräben um die Zelte auszuheben, die Stellplätze mit Umzäunungen zu umgeben, Schnüre in Körperhöhe zu ziehen, Feuer auf der
Wiese und am Strand zu machen, sowie Wasser zu verschwenden um Autos und Boote zu waschen. - Bungalows und Mobilheime: bei der Ankunft muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 100,00 € hinterlegt werden. Diese wird dann
bei der Abreise in voller Höhe zurückerstattet, unter der Bedingung, dass die Wohneinheit sauber und ordentlich verlassen wird. Andernfalls wird man die notwendigen Spesen abziehen müssen.
Am Ende des Aufenthaltes müssen die Schlüssel der Wohneinheit an die Direktion zurückgegeben werden.
- Den Gästen wird nahe gelegt, die Vegetation, Hygiene und Sauberkeit des Platzes zu respektieren. Papier, Plastik, Glas und Restabfälle entsorgen Sie bitte in den jeweils dafür vorgesehenen Containern.
- Eltern sind für das Verhalten ihrer Kinder verantwortlich. Die Lebhaftigkeit, Erziehung und die Bedürfnisse der Kinder dürfen nicht zu Lasten der Ruhe, Sicherheit und Hygiene der übrigen Gäste gehen.
Darüber hinaus dürfen Kinder Toiletten und Wascheinrichtungen und sonstige Sanitäranlagen nur in Begleitung Erwachsener benutzen. Ebenso müssen Kinder beim Baden im See und im Schwimmbad von mindestens einer
erwachsenen Person beaufsichtigt werden. Eltern haften für alle Schäden durch ihre Kinder auch gegenüber Dritten. - Die Sanitäranlagen sind gemäß der Anzahl der Gäste und ihrer Bedürfnisse geöffnet.
- Hundebesitzer haften für alle Schäden durch ihre Hunde, und sind außerdem gebeten, die Hunde ständig an der Leine zu führen. Laut gesetzlichen Bestimmungen dürfen keine Tiere in den Wohneinheiten gehalten werden.
Es ist außerdem streng verboten, Hunde zum Strand und ins Schwimmbad zu bringen (laut lokalen Hygieneregeln).
Bei der Ankunft müssen die Hundebesitzer einen gültigen Impfpass des Hundes vorzeigen.
- Es ist verboten, Motorfahrzeuge innerhalb des Campingplatzes zu benutzen. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit beträgt 10 km/h, für Motorräder Schrittgeschwindigkeit.
- Laut gesetzlichen Bestimmungen ist es verboten private Bojen ohne Zulassung der lokalen Behörden im Lago di Garda festzumachen.
- Rachverbot besteht in allen geschlossenen Räumlichkeiten der Anlage. - Absolute Ruhe von 23:00 Uhr bis 07:00 Uhr. Von 13:00 bis 15:00 Uhr ist die Benutzung von Fernseh- und Radioapparaten verboten, um die Ruhe der
anderen zu garantieren. - Unsere Gäste sind gebeten, sich an die Schwimmbadsordnung zu halten. Die Öffnungszeiten werden bei dem Schwimmbad gezeigt.
- Die Direktion übernimmt keine Haftung für Geld oder Wertgegenstände, die nicht der Direktion anvertraut wurden.
- Lost and Found: auf dem Campingplatz gefundene Gegenstände sind bei der Rezeption abzugeben, so dass sie ihrem rechtmäßigem Besitzer zurückgegeben werden können.
- Die Direktion übernimmt auch keine Haftung für Schäden, die von Unwetter oder höherer Gewalt verursacht werden.
Außenstehenden ist der Zutritt in den Campingplatz verboten, auch wenn sie von den Gästen begleitet sind, es sei denn, die Direktion hat die notwendige Erlaubnis erteilt.
Dazu ist die Vorlage eines Ausweisdokumentes notwendig. Nach Ablauf einer Stunde wird der in der Preisliste ausgezeichnete Betrag berechnet. Der Zugang ist diesen Personen nur zu Fuß gestattet, Autos müssen außerhalb
des Campingplatzes geparkt werden. Die Direktion behält sich vor, Besuchern den Zutritt zu verweigern.
- Im Falle von Nichtbeachtung der o.g. Ordnung wird sich die Direktion gezwungen sehen, die notwendigen Maßnahmen zu treffen. Bei schweren Regelverstößen behält sich die Direktion vor, Verweise vom Campingplatz
auszusprechen. - Das ganze Personal des Campingplatz ist berechtigt, die Gäste auf die Einhaltung der o.g. Anordnungen hinzuweisen.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE UNITÀ ABITATIVE nel periodo di alta stagione
❁ In alta stagione tutte le unità abitative sono prenotabili settimanalmente, dalle ore
15.00 del sabato alle ore 9.00 del sabato successivo. Arrivi e partenze sono ammessi
anche il mercoledì. ❁ Al ricevimento dell’offerta di prenotazione dovrà essere versata
la caparra richiesta ed un diritto fisso di prenotazione di 15 €. Il pagamento della
caparra comporta la totale accettazione delle presenti condizioni di prenotazione e
del regolamento interno del campeggio. ❁ L’intero periodo prenotato e confermato,
verrà interamente conteggiato e dovrà essere pagato, anche nel caso di tardato arrivo
o anticipata partenza. Il conto deve essere saldato due giorni prima della partenza.
❁ In caso di rinuncia al soggiorno, il 70% della caparra versata, verrà restituita solo
qualora la relativa comunicazione scritta pervenga al campeggio almeno 45 giorni
prima dell’inizio del periodo prenotato. Saranno comunque detratte le spese di
prenotazione. ❁ Al momento dell’arrivo dovrà essere versata una cauzione di 100 €
che verrà interamente rimborsata al momento della partenza solo se l’unità abitativa
sarà lasciata in perfetto ordine e pulizia. In caso contrario saranno detratte le relative
spese. ❁ Gli animali non sono ammessi all’interno delle unità abitative.

❁ In Hauptsaison alle unsere Wohneinheiten können für eine Woche gebucht werden: von Samstag ab 15.00 Uhr bis 09.00 Uhr des darauffolgenden Samstags. Wir
erlauben Ankunft und Abreise auch am Mittwoch. ❁ Bei der Buchung müssen die
vorgesehene Anzahlung und Buchungsgebühren in Höhe von 15 € bezahlt werden.
Diese Zahlung beinhaltet die totale Annahme unserer Buchungsbedingungen und
Campingordnung. ❁ Der gebuchte und bestätigte Zeitraum wird völlig angerechnet
und muß dementsprechend völlig bezahlt werden, auch im Falle von verspäteter
Ankunft und vorzeitiger Abreise. Die Rechnung muß zwei Tage vor Abreise begleichen werden. ❁ Eine eventuelle Annullierung muss mindestens 45 Tage vor der
geplanten Ankunft schriftlich erfolgen. Im diesem fall wird den 70% der Anzahlung
mit Abzug von 15 € zurückerstatten. ❁ Bei der Ankunft muß eine Kaution in
Höhe von 100 € hinterlegt werden. Diese wird dann bei der Abreise in voller Höhe
zurückerstattet, unter der Bedingung, daß die Wohneinheit sauber und ordentlich
verlassen wird. Anderenfalls wird man die notwendigen Spesen abziehen müssen. ❁
Innerhalb der Wohneinheiten sind keine Tiere zugelassen.
❁ In high season bookings are weekly, from 3 pm Saturday to 9 am the following
Saturday. We also allow arrivals and departures on Wednesday. ❁ In order to confirm
the booking, a non refundable booking charge of 15 € and deposit (see booking offer
for amount) will be required. By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree
to comply with all the present booking regulations and campsite rules. ❁ In case of
customers shortening their stay or arriving late, the whole booked period must be
paid. The bill must be settled two days before departure. ❁ In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 45 days before the date of arrival. In this case
the 70% of your deposit will be refunded withholding the 15 €
administration charge. When sufficient notice is not given, or you fail to arrive the
entire deposit will be retained. ❁ On arrival a refundable deposit of 100 € is requi-

Vom eingezahlten Betrag wird man 15 € als Buchungspesen abziehen; der Rest wird dagegen
von der Endsumme abgezogen. Die Campingleitung wird eine regelmässige Bestätigung dafür ausstellen. 2) Durch die Anzahlung verpflichten sich unsere Gäste automatisch, all diese Reservierungsbedingungen und die Campingordnung zu akzeptieren. 3) Es werden Buchungen für eine
Mindestdauer von einer Woche angenommen. 4) Der Platz wird von der Direktion zugewiesen, ohne
daß dies Anlaß zu Beschwerden, Kündigungen oder Entschädigungsforderungen geben kann. Es ist
leider nicht möglich, einen bestimmten Platz auf Wunsch des Kunden zu reservieren. Die Direktion
wird natürlich ihr Bestes tun, um den Platz in der gewünschten Zone zu reservieren. Es ist nicht
möglich, den zugestellten Platz bei der Ankunft zu wechseln. 5) Eine eventuelle Annullierung muss
mindestens 45 Tage vor der geplanten Ankunft schriftlich erfolgen. Im diesem fall wird den 70% der
Anzahlung mit Abzug von 15 € zurückerstatten. 6) Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise ist für vorbestellte Stellplätze den Totalbetrag für die Dauer der gebuchten Periode zu bezahlen.
7) Die Campingleitung hält den reservierten Platz bis 13.00 Uhr des nächsten Tages frei, dann wird
der Platz weiter vermietet. 8) Die Abreise muß innerhalb 12 Uhr des festgelegten Tages erfolgen.
WIR KÖNNEN KEINEN BESTIMMTEN STELLPLATZ RESERVIEREN! 9) Im Preis jedes
Stellplatzes ist folgendes inbegriffen: a) ein Caravan + ein Auto; b) ein Zelt + ein Auto oder Motorrad; c) ein Campervan. Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass alles, auch das Auto, auf dem eigenen Stellplatz
untergebracht werden muss. Maximal 6 Personen sind auf einem Stellplatz gestattet.

1) Deposit required for bookings:

- the sum of 100 € for a booking of one week
*10% Discount for ANWB members
- the sum of 150 € for a booking of two weeks
(Only one offer may be chosen)
- the sum of 250 € for a booking longer than two weeks.
From this sum 15 € will be retained as an admistration charge, the remainder will be deducted
from the final bill. Campsite management will acknowledge receipt of deposit and confirm the
booking by post. 2) By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with all the
present booking regulations and campsite rules. 3) Bookings are accepted for a minimum period
of one week. 4) The emplacement will be allocated by the management. All possible will be done
to allocate the emplacement in the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this
event the management will not accept requests of cancellation or reimbursement. It is not possible
to change the emplacement on arrival.
5) In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 45 days before the date of arrival.

departure day, the emplacement must be free within 12 pm.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE BOOKING OF A SPECIFIC PITCH! 9) Each emplacement is allowed either: a) one caravan + one car; b) one tent + one car or one
motorbike; c) one campervan.
Everything must be within the emplacement, including the car. A maximum of 6 persons is allowed
on the emplacements.
