E’ molto importante, nella conta del sedimento urinario, che gli operatori usino sempre lo stesso metodo per la preparazione dei campioni così da
avere la ripetibilità dei test. Inoltre, con il sistema tradizionale di lettura del sedimento urinario attualmente in uso in molti laboratori, la compattazione del sedimento crea una sovrapposizione di cellule epiteliali. Ciò determina una difficoltà nel verificare la presenza e la quantità di altri elementi
cellulari. Con il Sistema M-T System si può ovviare a questi inconvenienti standardizzando, con pochi passaggi, la preparazione del campione da
analizzare. Qui di seguito i passaggi:
It’s very important matter during urine sedimentation count, that operators always use the same sample preparation method in order to have tests’
repeatibility. Furthermore, with traditional urine reading system actually in use in many laboratories, sedimentation compaction creates a superimposition of epithelial cells. That cause difficulties in verifying the presence amount of different cells components. With Biosigma M-T System it is
possible to overcome this inconveniences in a few standardisation steps during sample preparation. Here steps as follows:
1) Riempire le provette BSP074 con
10 ml di urina, e centrifugare.
1) Fill BSP074 tests tubes with 10ml of
urine and then centrifuge.
2) Inserire le pipette triplobulbo M-T
Microtips® BSV143 avendo l’accortezza
di incastrarle nella provetta.
2) Insert tribulb M-T Microtips® BSV143
making sure to trap the tubes.
Come contare le cellule / How to count the cells
3) Inclinare il rack per far fuo- 4) Si ottiene 1 ml di sedimento che,

Fatta la lettura al microscopio, quantificare le cellule presenti nella griglia piccola ( 1 mm x 1 mm, volume 0,1 μl ). Per il calcolo del n° di cellule/µl
osservare l'esempio sottostante in cui sono state contate 3 cellule in un mm² di griglia:
After reading on microscope, quantify cells in small grid (1 mm x 1 mm, volume 0,1 µl). For the calculation of the number of cells/µl, see the example below; 3 cells were counted in 1 mm2 of grid.
