Im letzten Jahr war die MARRAKESCH-TOUR ein
voller Erfolg. Schon deshalb, weil bereits die erste
Ausgabe ausgebucht war, aber besonders auch
deswegen, weil die 50 Teilnehmer aus ganz Europa
und aus den USA von der Schönheit und Vielfalt der Landschaften
sowie von der Freundlichkeit der Aufnahme durch die Marokkaner
begeistert waren. Nicht zu vergessen das Wohlwollen der
Behörden der königlichen Gendarmerie und Polizei, die uns über
die gesamte Rallye begleiteten, um uns den Weg zu erleichtern.
L’anno scorso, il MARRAKECH TOUR è stato un
grande successo, sia perché ha fatto il tutto
esaurito già alla prima edizione, ma soprattutto
perché i 50 partecipanti venuti da tutta Europa e
dagli Stati Uniti hanno più che apprezzato la bellezza e la varietà
dei paesaggi, oltre che la gentilezza e l’ospitalità marocchine e,
non ultima, la benevolenza delle autorità di polizia e della
gendarmeria reale che ci hanno accompagnato lungo l’intero
percorso del rally facilitandoci la strada.

einwöchige Ausgabe auf den zu 100% asphaltierten, wenig
befahrenen Straßen guter Qualität, Start- und Zielort ist die
Königstadt.

di una settimana su strade di buona qualità completamente
asfaltate e molto poco frequentate, in entrata e in uscita dalla
città imperiale.

oder Barcelona (E) nach Marrakesch sowie der Rücktransport
sind in der Anmeldegebühr enthalten. Aber auch die Abfahrt von
einer anderen Stadt ist möglich, bitte fragen Sie uns an.
Auf jeder Etappe werden die Teilnehmer in Luxushotels
untergebracht, wo wie die weltberühmte marokkanische
Gastronomie probieren können. Der abschließende Abend mit der
Prämienübergabe wird im märchenhaften Palast „La Mamounia“
stattfinden.
Marrakech ist mit Linien- oder Low-Cost-Flügen an zahlreiche
europäische Städte gut angebunden. Gerne können Sie Ihren
Aufenthalt in Marokko verlängern, um das Land zu besichtigen,
Golf zu spielen oder sich am Pool zu entspannen…

L’an passé, le MARRAKECH TOUR a été un grand
succès. Déjà parce que complet dès sa première
édition, mais surtout parce que les 50 participants
venus de toute l’Europe et des USA ont plus
qu’apprécié la beauté et la variété des paysages, ainsi que la
gentillesse de l’accueil des marocains. Sans oublier la bienveillance
des autorités de police et de gendarmerie royale, qui tout au long
du rallye nous ont accompagné pour nous faciliter la route.
Last year the MARRAKESH TOUR was a great
success, firstly because it was complete from its
first edition, but above all because the 50
participants from everywhere in Europe and the
USA greatly appreciated the beauty and variety of the scenery

et les gorges ainsi que le désert

La période de fin octobre est idéale
dans ces régions. Le soleil brille
toute la journée, mais les grosses
chaleurs sont passées.

inclus dans les droits d’engagement. Le départ d’une autre ville est
toujours possible, n’hésitez pas à nous le demander.
Sur place, nos équipes habituelles de mécaniciens vous porteront
assistance, et en cas de panne trop lourde, votre véhicule sera
chargé sur un de nos camions et rapatrié jusqu’à sa ville de départ.
A chaque étape vous serez logés en hôtel de grand standing
et vous pourrez apprécier la gastronomie marocaine dont la
réputation n’est plus à faire. Enfin, le mythique palace de La
Mamounia accueillera la soirée finale de remise des prix.

VEHICULES ELIGIBLES
Les véhicules admis à prendre le départ doivent être du type
Rallye, Sport ou Grand Tourisme d’après guerre jusqu’à nos
jours (classe 1 à GT).

Le comité de sélection se réserve le droit de refuser tout
véhicule.
Les véhicules doivent être en tous points conformes au Code
de la route.
Les participants doivent veiller au bon état général de leur auto,
en particulier des pneumatiques, de l’éclairage, de la fixation de
la batterie et des ceintures de sécurité (si requises par la loi).
De plus, la présence d’un extincteur et d’un triangle de sécurité
est recommandée.
Aucun changement de véhicule participant inscrit n’est possible
sans autorisation préalable de RALLYSTORY.
EPREUVE SUR ROUTE
Six étapes sont au programme, soit 2 000 km d’itinéraires
de rallye, sur des routes 100% asphaltées. Les concurrents
doivent respecter l’itinéraire du road-book, sans contrainte de
vitesse, ni de moyenne. Pour ce faire, ils font viser leur feuille
de pointage aux différents Contrôles de Passage (CP) dont les
emplacements sont tenus secrets.
Nous rappelons que l’épreuve se déroulant sur routes ouvertes
non neutralisées, les participants doivent strictement se conformer au Code de la route.
L’information sur les consignes de sécurité figure dans le roadbook remis aux participants.
ASSISTANCE MECANIQUE
Des équipes de mécaniciens professionnels et des véhicules balais sont à la disposition des participants pour leur
porter assistance tout au long de l’itinéraire ainsi qu’aux
étapes.
ACHEMINEMENT PAR CAMION DES
AUTOS (ALLER ET RETOUR)
En association avec la société professionnelle LOGTRANS,
parfaitement assurée et spécialisée dans le transport international de véhicules de prestige notamment au Maroc,
votre auto sera acheminée par camion jusqu’à Marrakech
depuis la ville de votre choix : Luxembourg (L), Bruxelles
(B), Düsseldorf (D), Munich (D), Paris, Lyon, Genève
(CH), Milan (I), Nice/Monaco, Marseille ou Barcelone
(E). Si plusieurs participants sont intéressés par un transport
groupé depuis une autre ville, nous pouvons étudier un lieu
de prise en charge des véhicules en conséquence. Pendant
le transport, les voitures sont filmées afin de leur garantir une
meilleure protection.
Le transporteur s’occupe de toutes les formalités douanières.
Le temps d’acheminement est de 4 jours environ.

REMORQUAGE
En cas de panne non réparable sur place votre auto sera

Les participants, qui le souhaitent, peuvent confier leurs
bagages à l’Organisation qui les transportera d’hôtel en hôtel.
CLASSEMENT
Le classement s’établit en fonction des pénalisations
routières (Contrôles de Passages non visés). Tous les participants non pénalisés à la fin du rallye seront récompensés
par un diplôme.
A aucun moment une quelconque notion de vitesse,
moyenne ou temps impartis sur route n’intervient dans
le classement.
Le MARRAKECH TOUR se déroulant sous le signe de la
convivialité, aucune réclamation ne sera retenue.
GARDIENNAGE DES PARCS
Toutes les nuits, les parkings des hôtels sont gardiennés.
DROITS D’ENGAGEMENT
Les droits d’engagement « tout compris » de 8 950 €
(3 950 € d’acompte à l’inscription et 5 000 € de solde
un mois avant départ) incluent pour un équipage de deux
personnes et leur véhicule :
- l’encadrement logistique,
- le transport aller et retour du véhicule,
- 7 nuits en chambre à 2 personnes avec petits-déjeuners,
- 13 repas avec boissons du dîner du 24 octobre au dîner du 30,
- le matériel du rallye (plaques alu, n° de portière, road-book...),
- le gardiennage des parcs,
- le convoyage des bagages,
- l’assistance mécanique avec plateau,
- les cadeaux…

Supplément 2 chambres singles :
1 750 €
Aucun engagement ne sera confirmé sans acompte.
En cas d’annulation de votre part après le 25 septembre
2015, l’acompte ne sera pas remboursé.

ASSURANCE
Le MARRAKECH TOUR est une manifestation de loisirs ayant
pour but de rassembler des propriétaires de véhicules de
collection ou d’exception, en dehors de toute notion de sport,
de vitesse ou de compétition. Les propriétaires des véhicules
engagés font leur affaire personnelle de l’assurance auto
responsabilité civile vis-à-vis des tiers. Il leur est recommandé
de vérifier l’étendue de leurs garanties auprès de leur assureur
avant l’épreuve.
Les véhicules circulant sur route doivent être conformes au
Code de la route et notamment être munis d’un certificat
d’immatriculation, d’un certificat de contrôle technique (si
requis) en vigueur et d’un certificat d’assurance valable.
Les participants renoncent à engager la responsabilité de
RALLYSTORY à quelque titre que ce soit, sauf en cas de
faute lourde.
Le contrat conclu entre les participants et l’organisateur est
régi par la loi française. Tout litige qu’il pourrait susciter sera
soumis à la compétence des tribunaux de Paris.
Concernant le transport : votre véhicule est assuré à concurrence de 30 500 €. Pour garantir une valeur supérieure
contactez votre assureur. Nous restons également à votre
écoute pour vous mettre en relation avec notre transporteur
que saura vous proposer une solution adaptée.
RENSEIGNEMENTS ET INSCRIPTIONS
Le MARRAKECH TOUR ne requiert ni licence de pilote,
ni homologation du véhicule, ni assurance spécifique.

Regulations
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
Eligible vehicles must fall within one of the following categories: Rally, Sports and GT dating from the post-war era
to the present day.
Group 1:
1945 - 1958
Group 2:
1959 - 1965
Group 3:
1966 - 1972
Group 4:
1973 - 1986
GT group:
GT’s up to 2015

The Selection Committee reserves the right to refuse any vehicle.
Vehicles must comply with the French Highway Code.
Participants must check that their vehicle is in good working
condition, particularly tyres, headlights, battery level and
seatbelts (if required by law). In addition, a fire extinguisher
and warning triangle are recommended.
Registered participating vehicles may not be changed without prior authorization from RALLYSTORY.
ROAD STAGES
The programme has six stages, representing 2,000 km of
rally itineraries, on 100% tarmac roads.
Competitors must keep to the itinerary given in the road
book. There are no speed or average speed requirements.
Competitors must have their route card signed at each
Check Point (CP), the locations of which are kept secret.
Please bear in mind that since the event is taking place
on non-neutralized public highways, all participants must
observe the Highway Code to the letter.
Safety instructions are set out in the road-book given to
participants.
RESULTS
Overall results per category will be determined on the
basis of penalties incurred during the road stages (check
points are not indicated). All participants who have not been
penalized at the end of the rally will be awarded a diploma
At no time will any notion of pure speed, average speed
or allotted time influence the results.
As the MARRAKECH TOUR is intended to be a friendly event,
complaints will not be admissible.
TRANSPORT OF CARS BY TRUCK
(RETURN TRIP)
In association with Logtrans, a fully insured company specialized in international transport of prestigious cars especially
in Morocco. Your car will be shipped by truck to Marrakech
from the city of your choice: Luxembourg (L), Brussels (B),
Dusseldorf (D), Munich (D), Paris, Lyon, Geneva (CH), Milan
(I), Nice/Monaco, Marseilles or Barcelona (B). If several participants are interested by a consolidated shipment from another
city, we can study an appropriate pick-up location for the cars.
The carrier will take care of all customs formalities.
The transit time is about 4 days.

In case of breakdown that cannot be repaired on the spot,

The participants may choose to leave their luggage with the
organization, which will transport them from hotel to hotel.
CAR PARKING SECURITY
The car parks of the hotels are guarded every night.
ENTRY FEES
The all-inclusive registration fee of €8,950 (€3,950 down
payment on booking and the balance of €5,000 one month
before departure) include for a crew of two people and
their car:
- the logistical management,
- the return transport of the car,
- 7 nights in a room for 2 people with breakfast,
- 13 meals with drinks from dinner on 24th October to dinner
on 30th October,

the rally equipment (aluminium plates, door number,
road-book, etc.),
- car park security,
- transport of luggage,
- mechanical assistance with breakdown truck,
- gifts…

No refund of deposit for cancellations received after

INSURANCE

The MARRAKECH TOUR is an event designed to bring
together owners of collectors’ cars, quite apart from any
notion of competition. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to arrange third-party insurance cover for any vehicle
entered.
Participating vehicles must have a registration document, a
valid MOT certificate and an insurance certificate.
Competitors release the organizers from any liability arising
from the use of their vehicle for any material damage or
personal injury caused to third parties or to themselves in
any circumstances whatsoever.

Reglement
ZUGELASSENE FAHRZEUGE
Bei den startberechtigten Fahrzeugen muss es sich um
Rallye-, Sport- und Grand Tourisme-Fahrzeuge aus der
Nachkriegszeit bis heute handeln.
Klasse 1: 1945 - 1958
Klasse 2: 1959 - 1965
Klasse 3: 1966 - 1972
Klasse 4: 1973 - 1986
Klasse GT:
Grand-Tourisme bis Heute

Das Auswahlkomitee behält sich das Recht vor, Fahrzeuge
abzulehnen.
Die Teilnehmer haben auf den allgemeinen Zustand ihres
Wagens zu achten, vor allen Dingen auf Reifen, Lichter,
Batteriebefestigung und Sicherheitsgurt (sofern gesetzlich
vorgeschrieben). Des Weiteren wird das Mitführen eines
Feuerlöschers und eines Signaldreiecks empfohlen.
Das Auswechseln eines Teilnehmerwagens ohne vorherige
Genehmigung durch RALLYSTORY ist nicht gestattet.
UNTERKUNFT
Bei jeder Etappe wird ein besonderes Augenmerk auf
die Unterkunft gelegt. Ausgewählt werden nur die besten
Hotels, um Komfort und Qualitätsdienstleistungen gewährleisten zu können.

Das versicherte Fachunternehmen LOGTRANS beschäftigt sich mit
dem internationalen Transport von Prestigefahrzeugen vor allem in
Marokko. Es befördert Ihr Fahrzeug von der Stadt Ihrer Wahl bis nach
Marrakech, d.h. aus Luxembourg (L), Brüssel (B), Düsseldorf
Teilnehmer an einen Gruppentransport aus einer anderen Stadt
interessiert sein, können wir einen anderen Aufladeort organisieren.
Der Frächter wird sich um alle Zollangelegenheiten kümmern.
Der Transport dauert ungefähr 4 Tage.

UNTERSTÜTZUNG DURCH
MECHANIKER
Es stehen professionelle Mechanikerteams und
Begleitfahrzeuge bereit, um die Teilnehmer auf der ganzen
Strecke und während der Etappen zu unterstützen.
STRASSENPRÜFUNG
Geplant sind sechs Etappen mit einer insgesamt 2.000 km
langen Rallystrecke auf völlig asphaltierter Straße.
Die Teilnehmer müssen sich an die Strecke des
Roadbooks halten, Auflagen für Geschwindigkeit oder
Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit gibt es nicht. Hiefür lassen
die Teilnehmer ihr Kontrollblatt an den verschiedenen
Kontrollposten (CP) abzeichnen, deren Standort geheim
gehalten wird.
Wir rufen Ihnen in Erinnerung, dass das Rennen auf
nicht gesperrten offenen Straßen stattfindet und dass die
Teilnehmer daher zur strengen Einhaltung der französischen
Straßenverkehrsordnung verpflichtet sind.
Informationen über die Sicherheitsvorschriften sind in dem
Roadbook enthalten, das den Teilnehmern übergeben wird.
KLASSEMENT
Das Gesamtklassement nach Kategorie wird unter
Berücksichtigung der Strafen für den Straßenbereich
(Kontrollposten ohne Abzeichnung). Am Ende der Rally wird
allen Teilnehmern ohne Strafpunkte eine Urkunde überreicht.
Für das Klassement ist weder die Geschwindigkeit
noch die Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit, noch eine
Zeitvorgabe ausschlaggebend.
Da die MARRAKECH TOUR unter dem Zeichen des geselligen Miteinanders steht, werden keinerlei Reklamationen
berücksichtigt.
ABSCHLEPPSERVICE
Bei einem nicht vor Ort reparierbaren Defekt wird Ihr
Fahrzeug auf einen der LKWs der Organisation geladen
und bis zum Ausgangspunkt in Europa zurücktransportiert.
GEPÄCK-LKW
Die Teilnehmer haben die Möglichkeit, Ihr Gepäck von der
Organisation bis ins Hotel transportieren zu lassen.
BEWACHUNG DER FAHRZEUGE
Die Parkplätze des Hotels sind des nachts immer bewacht.
TEILNAHMEGEBÜHR
Die Einschreibegebühr „Alles inklusive“ von 8.950 €
(3.950 € Anzahlung bei der Einschreibung und 5.000 €
einen Monat vor der Abfahrt) umfasst die Ausrüstung für
zwei Personen und ihr Fahrzeug:
- die Logistikstruktur
- Hin- und Rücktransport des Fahrzeugs,
- 7 Nächte im Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück
- 13 Mahlzeiten mit Getränk, vom Abendessen am 24.

Die MARRAKECH TOUR ist eine Veranstaltung, die das Ziel
verfolgt, Eigentümer von Sammler-Fahrzeugen zusammen
zu bringen, ohne dass dabei der Wettbewerbgedanke eine
Rolle spielt. Die Eigentümer der gemeldeten Fahrzeuge
kümmern sich selbst um die zivile Haftpflichtversicherung
gegenüber Dritten.
Für die Fahrzeuge, die am normalen Straßenverkehr teilnehmen, müssen die Halter einen Kraftfahrzeugschein, eine
gültige TÜV- und Versicherungsbescheinigung besitzen.
Die Teilnehmer entbinden die Organisatoren von jeder
Haftung, die sich aus dem Gebrauch ihrer Fahrzeuge im
Hinblick auf Personen- und Sachschäden ergibt, die Dritten
oder ihnen selbst entstehen, ungeachtet der Gründe für
solche Schäden.

Für die MARRAKECH TOUR ist weder eine Fahrerlizenz
noch eine besondere Fahrzeugzulassung, noch eine
spezielle Versicherung erforderlich. Für weitere

Regolamento
VEICOLI AMMESSI
L’iscrizione sarà confermata al momento del versamento dell’acconto.
In caso di annullamento da parte del partecipante dopo
il 25 settembre 2015, l’acconto sarà trattenuto e non
rimborsato.
I veicoli ammessi alla partenza devono essere veicoli di tipo
Rally, Sport o Gran Turismo, del periodo dal dopoguerra ai
giorni nostri.
Classe 1: 1945 - 1958
Classe 2: 1959 - 1966
Classe 3: 1967 - 1972
Classe 4: 1973 - 1986

Gran Turismo fino ad oggi

Il comitato di selezione si riserva il diritto di rifiutare eventuali veicoli.
I partecipanti devono accertarsi del buono stato generale
della loro auto, in particolare dei pneumatici, dei fari, del
fissaggio delle batterie e delle cinture di sicurezza (se
richieste per legge). Si raccomanda inoltre di tenere a bordo
un triangolo di sicurezza e un estintore.
Non è consentito cambiare i veicoli partecipanti iscritti senza
l’autorizzazione di RALLYSTORY.
PROVA SU STRADA
Sono in programma sei tappe, per un totale di 2.000 km di
itinerario di rally, su strade 100% asfaltate.
I concorrenti dovranno rispettare l’itinerario del road-book,
senza limiti di velocità né di media. Per fare ciò dovranno
far vistare il foglio di punzonatura presso i vari Controlli di
Passaggio (CP) la cui posizione è mantenuta segreta.
Ricordiamo che la prova si svolgerà su strade aperte non
neutralizzate, i partecipanti devono strettamente adattarsi
al Codice della strada.
Le informazioni sulle norme di sicurezza sono presentate nel
road-book rilasciato ai partecipanti.
CLASSIFICA
La classifica generale per categoria avviene in funzione
delle penalizzazioni stradali (controlli di passaggio non vidimati). Alla fine del rally, a tutti i partecipanti non penalizzati
sarà consegnato un diploma.
Velocità, media o tempi registrati in strada sono parametri non validi ai sensi della classifica.
Il MARRAKECH TOUR si svolge all’insegna della convivialità
e non ammette alcuna contestazione.
TRASPORTO CON CAMION DELLE
AUTO (ANDATA E RITORNO)
In collaborazione con la società professionale LOGTRANS,
assicurata e specializzata nel trasporto internazionale di
veicoli di prestigio, in particolare in Marocco, la vostra auto
sarà portata in camion fino a Marrakech dalla città di vostra
scelta: Luxembourg (L), Bruxelles (B), Düsseldorf (D),
Monaco (D), Parigi, Lione, Ginevra (CH), Milano (I), Nizza/
Monaco, Marsiglia o Barcellona (E). Se più partecipanti
sono interessati a un trasporto di gruppo da un’altra città,
possiamo programmare un luogo di carico differente.
Il trasportatore si occupa di tutte le formalità doganali.
I tempi di trasporto sono di circa 4 giorni.

ASSISTENZA MECCANICA
Squadre di meccanici professionisti e di veicoli scopa sono
a disposizione dei partecipanti per assisterli lungo tutto
l’itinerario e nelle tappe.
OPERAZIONI DI RIMORCHIO
In caso di guasto non riparabile in loco la vostra auto sarà
caricata su uno dei camion dell’organizzazione e rimpatriata
fino al suo punto di carico iniziale in Europa.
CAMION BAGAGLI
I partecipanti che lo desiderano possono affidare i propri
bagagli all’Organizzazione che li trasporterà di hotel in hotel.
PARCHEGGI SORVEGLIATI
Tutte le notti, i parcheggi degli hotel sono custoditi.
TASSE D’ISCRIZIONE
La quota di iscrizione “tutto compreso” di 8.950 € (3.950 €
di acconto all’iscrizione e 5.000 € di saldo un mese prima
della partenza) includono per un equipaggio di due persone
e il loro veicolo:
- la struttura logistica,
- il trasporto di andata e ritorno del veicolo,
- 7 notti in camera doppia con colazione,
- 13 pasti con bevande dalla cena del 24 ottobre alla cena
del 30,
- il materiale del rally (piastre alluminio, n° della portiera,
road-book...),
- i parcheggi custoditi,
- il trasporto dei bagagli,
- l’assistenza meccanica con piattaforma,

ASSICURAZIONE
Per quanto riguarda il trasporto: il vostro veicolo è assicurato per 30.500 €. Per assicurare un valore superiore
contattate il vostro assicuratore. Restiamo inoltre a vostra
disposizione per mettervi in contatto con il nostro trasportatore che saprà proporvi una soluzione adeguata.
Il MARRAKECH TOUR è una manifestazione il cui scopo
è riunire i proprietari di veicoli da collezione al di fuori di
qualsiasi spirito di competizione. E’ nell’interesse dei proprietari dei veicoli partecipanti stipulare un’assicurazione di
responsabilità civile nei confronti di terzi.
I veicoli circolanti dovranno essere muniti di carta grigia, di
un certificato di collaudo tecnico in vigore e di un’attestazione di assicurazione.
I partecipanti sollevano gli organizzatori da qualsiasi responsabilità derivante dall’utilizzo del loro veicolo per danni
corporali o materiali causati a terzi o a se stessi in qualsiasi
condizione.
