REGOLAMENTO ASTA DI BENEFICENZA in favore di CAF ONLUS 1. La società N&W Global Vending Spa organizza un’asta di beneficienza avente ad oggetto un distributore automatico modello “Venezia” realizzato in un unico esemplare con serigrafia celebrativa dei 20 anni dall’inizio della produzione del modello (il “Venezia”). 2. L’intero ricavato dell’asta sarà interamente devoluto all’associazione “CAF Onlus” – Centro di aiuto al bambino maltrattato e alla famiglia in crisi (www.caf‐onlus.org) 3. Sarà possibile partecipare all’asta dalle ore08.00 del 20 Ottobre 2014 sino alle ore 24.00 del 15 Novembre 2014 . 4. Le offerte dovranno essere inviate esclusivamente a mezzo posta elettronica all’indirizzo: [email protected] . 5. Le offerte saranno libere ma non potranno essere inferiori a € 2.000,00 (“Base d’Asta”). Non sono previsti rilanci. 6. L’offerta dovrà contenere, oltre all’importo offerto espresso in €, le seguenti indicazioni: ‐nome e cognome/ragione sociale dell’offerente ‐ indirizzo di residenza/sede legale ‐ codice fiscale/n. registro imprese ‐ recapito telefonico 7. L’offerta costituisce una proposta irrevocabile di acquisto. 8. Si aggiudicherà l’asta chi avrà fatto l’offerta più alta e, in caso di offerte dello stesso importo, l’asta verrà aggiudicata alla prima pervenuta. Qualora lo stesso partecipante invii più di una offerta sarà considerata valida quella di importo più elevato. 9. L’acquirente non sarà tenuto a pagare, oltre al prezzo di aggiudicazione, alcuna commissione di acquisto, vista la finalità totalmente benefica dell’evento. 10. Entro 05 giorni dal termine dell’asta N&W comunicherà il nome del vincitore che verrà contattato e avrà 15 giorni di tempo per il pagamento a mezzo bonifico bancario alle coordinate che N&W comunicherà contestualmente alla comunicazione della vincita dell’asta. La relativa fattura sarà emessa da N&W che devolverà il corrispondente introito all’associazione “CAF Onlus” 11. Il Venezia potrà essere ritirato dal vincitore dell’asta a partire dal primo giorno dall’avvenuto pagamento del prezzo. 12. Qualora l’aggiudicatario non effettui il pagamento nei termini previsti dal presente Regolamento, N&W potrà riaggiudicare il Venezia al secondo migliore offerente. 13. Tutti coloro che concorrono all’asta accettano automaticamente, integralmente e senza riserve il presente regolamento e le condizioni di vendita in esso contenute. CHARITY AUCTION REGULATION in favour of CAF ONLUS 14. N&W Global Vending Spa organises a charity auction, the purpose of which is to sell a vending machine model “Venezia”, realised as a unique machine, with a silk‐screen printed inscription celebrating the 20‐year period from when the production of the model (“Venezia”) was started. 15. All the proceeds of the auction will be fully donated to the association “CAF Onlus” – A centre aiding ill‐treated children and families in crisis (www.caf‐onlus.org) 16. It will be possible to take part in the auction from 20th October 2014, at 08.00 a.m., till 15th November 2014, at 12.00 p.m.. 17. Bids must be sent per [email protected] . email only to the following address: 18. Bids will be free, but they can not be lower than € 2,000.00 (“Starting Auction Price”). No raising will be accepted. 19. The bid shall specify not only the bid amount in €, but also the following information: ‐ name and surname / company’s name of the bidder ‐ address of residence / registered head office ‐ tax code / Trade Register no. ‐ phone no. 20. The bid represents an irrevocable purchase proposal. 21. The one who will have made the highest bid will win the auction, in case of bids for the same amount, the vending machine will be knocked down to the bid first received. If the same bidder should send more than one bid, the bid with the highest amount will be considered valid. 22. The purchaser shall not pay any purchase commission in addition to the knock‐down price, considering the completely charitable purpose of the event. 23. No later than 5 days after the end of the auction, N&W will notify the name of the winner who will be contacted and have 15 days to provide for the payment by means of a bank transfer by using the bankers N&W will make known at the same time when the outcome of the auction is notified. N&W will issue the relative invoice and donate the corresponding proceeds to the “CAF Onlus” association. 24. The auction winner may collect Venezia starting from the first day after the payment of the price. 25. If the highest bidder should fail to pay in compliance with this Regulation, N&W may knock down Venezia to the second highest bidder. 26. All those taking part in the auction automatically and fully accept this regulation and the sales conditions included herein with no reservation whatsoever.
