[email protected] before August 1, 2014. Shuttles will be scheduled to arrive at the School by 07:55
each morning. Busses will leave campus in the afternoon by 16:20 (on Wednesday, for ES, by 15:10).

By signing here below I/we __________________________________________________(name(s) of
parent(s)/guardian(s)) enroll the students listed above in the TASIS shuttle service. I/we agree to
release and discharge the School and its agents and employees exercising reasonable care, from all
liability growing out of any personal injuries and/or property damage resulting from or occurring
during transit to and from the School. I/we understand and agree with the policies published in the
“TASIS Shuttle Service Safety and Conduct Rules”, enclosed to this document. I also understand that 5
infractions per semester to the said rules will disqualify the students listed here from the Shuttle
Service. I agree to notify in writing before 12:00 noon of the same day of any changes to this form. If
no information is communicated to the School in writing by 12:00 noon of the same day, students will
be directed as per instructions above. It is my responsibility to arrange adult presence and other
eventualities accordingly. I understand that fees will apply for eventual student infractions as outlined
in the “TASIS Shuttle Service Safety and Conduct Rules”.

Arrive at the TASIS Shuttle stop at least five (5) minutes before pick-up and drop-off time. The
shuttle cannot wait for tardy students. The TASIS Shuttle may be 3 to 5 minutes early or late,
depending on traffic and on the weather conditions (e.g. snow).
Line up in single file to enter the shuttle at the TASIS shuttle stop. Wait for the driver’s instructions to
board the shuttle.
Upon entering the shuttle, sit down immediately and fasten your seat belt. Drivers cannot stop the
bus to ask the students to fasten the belt again.
Place all books and belongings where they will not slide or fall.
Once seated, stay in your seat until the shuttle comes to a complete stop at your TASIS shuttle stop
or at school.
Behave on the shuttle as if you were in a classroom. Talk quietly and treat your schoolmates with
respect.
Please wait until you get off the shuttle to eat or drink.
Keep arms, legs, and any carry-on items out of the aisle. It is important that the aisle be kept clear at
all times.
Open windows only with permission of the driver. Never throw anything out of the windows, or put
your hands, arms or head out of the windows.
Listen to the driver and follow all instructions promptly.
Changes for the day MUST be communicated in writing to [email protected] by 12:00 noon of the
same day. No changes will be accepted after 12:00 noon and parents/guardians assume
responsibility. Infractions will be counted.
Elementary School Students are not allowed to disembark from the TASIS Shuttle in the
afternoon without a parent, guardian or other adult present. If a parent is not present to
receive his/her student at the drop-off point, or if a parent does not pick-up the student at
TASIS when a “no-ride” note was given, fines will apply and an infraction will be counted.
Remember:
• speak quietly.
• keep your hand, head, or any other body part in a safe position.
• use appropriate language (if it is not acceptable while on school grounds, it is not acceptable on the TASIS
shuttle).
• be nice to other students. Avoid fighting and pushing.
• stay seated.
• wear your seat belt at all times.
• avoid using pens, pencils or any other sharp objects.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY OF THESE RULES WILL COUNT AS INFRACTIONS. FIVE
INFRACTIONS PER SEMESTER WILL RESULT IN THE STUDENT NOT BEING ALLOWED TO USE
THE TASIS SHUTTLE SERVICE.
