We would like to inform you that FIS and Antex, which have been operating on the market for more
than 50 years and have collaborated successfully and profitably for over 9 years, have decided to
complete the final step of their merger.
We are therefore very pleased to announce that on 30 July 2014 the two companies merged and
created F2A Srl. For the purposes of all existing agreements the effective date of the merger is
1 August 2014.
The sum of all our strengths, concentrated under a single new entity, will be the “best formula” for
the future of our Clients. This is what we want to be: “The right formula for your business”.
F2A’s ambition is to offer ever-higher quality in our services whilst retaining the dynamism and
professional competences that have distinguished us so far. We are committed to innovation and to
always keeping up to date, to ensure we are constantly aligned with the best market practices.
We are pleased to introduce our new identity, through which we intend to become a leader on the

changing our email addresses, updating the web site, portal and any other component relating to the
new entity’s identity.
