CALL FOR POSTERS
A poster session will be held at Palazzo Vermexio throughout the event. Poster abstracts
will be judged by the Scientific Committee. The three winning posters will be assigned a
special award and all posters will be published in the conference proceedings book.
POSTER ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be submitted using the online “Call for poster form” by April 15th 2014.
Posters received after the deadline will not be considered. Official acceptance of the
Abstract is subject to the judgment of the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee
will send, by April 25th 2014, a letter of acceptance to the author indicated on the form
and details about the template for poster exhibition.
