•Le 1er octobre, depuis l’étranger, par banque ou poste
•Le 7 octobre, depuis la Suisse, par BV. Les paiements hors délai
ne seront pas pris en compte.
•Le 14 octobre, minuit, sur www.lausanne-marathon.com. Dès
le 8 octobre, avec suppl. CHF 10.–
Retrait des dossards
Sous la tente Marathon Expo, place de la Navigation à Ouchy.
Aucun dossard envoyé par courrier ou distribué à la Tour-de-Peilz.
Pas d’inscription sur place !

•Samedi 25 de 10h00 à 19h30

Blocs de départ
5 minutes seront rajoutées au temps d’arrivée du coureur qui
ne partira pas dans le bloc mentionné sur son dossard ! Aucune
réclamation possible après la course.
Les coureurs peuvent demander la modification de leur temps
et bloc jusqu’au 16 octobre à 17 h 00. Passé ce délai, plus aucun
changement ne pourra être fait sur place.

Changement de distance
Le coureur qui prend le départ avec un dossard qui ne correspond
pas à la distance, sera disqualifié. Changement de distance possible gratuitement jusqu’au 16 octobre à 17 h 00 par téléphone ou
e-mail. Passé ce délai, un montant de CHF 5.– vous sera demandé.
Dossards
Pas de « Bourse aux dossards » !
Le dossard nominal est personnel et non-transmissible.
Aucun dossard ne peut être vendu.
Il est interdit de courir sans dossard ou avec le dossard d’une
autre personne. En cas de force majeure, l’inscription peut-être
transmise en accord avec l’organisateur en lui indiquant
les nouvelles données, jusqu’au 16 octobre. Disqualification
en cas de non respect de ces règles. L’organisateur décline
toute responsabilité en cas de d’accident.

Prix
Chaque participant recevra un t-shirt technique longues manches
et la médaille officielle. Sur place, remise des prix aux trois
premiers overall du Marathon, ½ marathon et 10 km.
Attribution d’un prize money sur ces trois distances
(voir www.lausanne-marathon.com). Pour toutes les autres
catégories les prix seront envoyés par poste.
Pasta Party
Pasta Party offerte à tous les participants sur le bateau
« Le Lausanne » à quai, au débarcadère d’Ouchy, le samedi
25 octobre de 16 h 00 à 20 h 00.
Préparation, Santé
Les courses du Lausanne Marathon sont des épreuves d’endurance
qui nécessitent un entraînement sérieux et adéquat, ainsi qu’un
bon état de santé. La participation se fait sous la responsabilité
du coureur. L’organisateur décline toute responsabilité en cas de
problème de santé ou d’accident.

Registration and payment deadlines
•Bis 1. Oktober aus dem Ausland mit Bank- oder Postanweisung
•Bis 7. Oktober aus der Schweiz mit ES (Einzahlungsvordruck).
Zahlungen, die nach Fristablauf eingehen, werden nicht mehr
berücksichtigt.
•Bis 14. Oktober, 0.00 Uhr, unter www.lausanne-marathon.com.
Ab 8. Oktober mit Zuschlag CHF 10.–

Startblöcke
Jeder Läufer, der nicht in dem auf seiner Startnummer
angegebenen Startblock startet, erhält 5 Strafminuten ! Kein
Regressanspruch nach dem Lauf.
Die Läufer können bis 16 Oktober, 17.00 Uhr, eine Änderung
ihrer Startzeit und Startgruppe beantragen. Nach Ablauf dieser
Frist ist vor Ort keine Änderung mehr möglich.
Distanzänderung
Eine kostenlose Distanzänderung ist bis 16. Oktober, 17.00 Uhr,
telefonisch oder per E-Mail möglich. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist
wird Ihnen dafür eine Gebühr von CHF 5.– berechnet.
Startnummer
Es gibt keine « Startnummern-Börse » !
Die Startnummer ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar.
Startnummern dürfen nicht verkauft werden. Es ist verboten,
ohne oder mit der Startnummer einer anderen Person zu laufen.
In Fällen von höherer Gewalt kann, in Übereinstimmung mit
dem Organisator, die Anmeldung mit den neuen Angaben bis
am 16. Oktober eingereicht werden. Disqualifikation bei nicht
Einhaltung dieser Regeln. Der Organisator übernimmt keinerlei
Haftung im Falle eines Unfalls.
Preis
Jeder Teilnehmer erhält ein Langarm-Sportshirt und eine offizielle
Medaille. Vor Ort, Preisverleihung an die ersten drei Gesamtsieger
des Marathons, Halbmarathons und des 10 km-Laufs. Verleihung
eines Preisgeldes für diese drei Distanzen (siehe www.lausannemarathon.com). Die Preise für alle anderen Kategorien werden per
Post zugeschickt.
Pasta-Party
Pasta-Party für alle Teilnehmer auf dem Schiff « Le Lausanne » am
Kai der Anlegestelle Ouchy, Samstag, den 25. Oktober von 16.00 bis
20.00 Uhr.
Vorbereitung, Gesundheit
Die Marathonläufe von Lausanne sind Ausdauertests, die
ein ernsthaftes und adäquates Training sowie einen guten Gesundheitszustand erfordern. Die Teilnahme erfolgt in
Eigenverantwortung des Läufers. Der Veranstalter lehnt im Fall von
Gesundheitsproblemen oder eines Unfalls jedwede Haftung ab.
Collection of race numbers
Starting blocks
5 minutes will be added to the race time of any runner who fails
to start in the block specified on his or her race number ! This
cannot be corrected after the race.
Runners can request changes to their time and block up to 17 :00
on 16 October. After this point, no further changes can be made.
Change of distance
Entrants will be permitted to change distance free of charge, by
telephone or e-mail, up to 17 :00 on 16 October. After this point,
a charge of CHF 5.– will be made. Any competitors who start
with a number bib that does not correspond to the distance will
be disqualified.
Competitor's number bibs
Transfer of number bibs is forbidden !
The number bib issued in the competitor's name is personal
and non-transferable. No bib may be sold. It is forbidden
to compete without a number bib or with the number bib
of another person.
In case of absolute necessity, the entry may be transferred
to another competitor in agreement with the organiser,
by communicating the new data, until 16 October. Failure
to comply with these rules is punished with disqualification.
The organiser declines any liability in the event of accidents

Prizes
Each entrant will be given a long-sleeved “technical” T-shirt and
will receive an official medal. Presentation of prizes for the first
three runners overall in the Marathon, ½ Marathon and 10 km will
take place on the day. Prize money will be awarded for these three
distances (see www.lausanne-marathon.com). For every other category, prizes will be sent by post..
Pasta Party
Free Pasta Party for all entrants on the boat Le Lausanne, docked at
Ouchy landing stage, on Saturday 25 October from 16 :00 to 20 :00.
Preparation, health
The Lausanne Marathon races are endurance tests requiring serious and adequate training and a good state of health.
Participation is at the runner’s own risk. The organisers reject any
liability for health or accident.
