情報環境
情報統括本部では皆さんの学習環境として次に示すような情報環境を提供しています。これらを活用
して、充実した学生生活を送ってください。
IT インフラ
学生の教育や研究に必要な IT インフラとして、ここに示すサービスを提供しています。

伊都地区センター1 号館 5 階にある iCube サポートデスクあるいは箱崎地区情報基盤研究開発
センター4 階にある教育情報システム受付にお越し下さい。
☆ IT インフラ利用上の注意
IT インフラの利用において、マナーやルールを守らないことによるトラブルが発生しています。
特にファイル交換ソフトによる著作権侵害行為や公序良俗に反した行為を行なわないよう、各人で
気を付けて下さい。また、入学時に配布される「情報セキュリティガイド」を良く読んでおいて下
さい。
学生 ID
情報統括本部が提供している各種情報システム、学務部が提供している履修登録・成績確認を行
なう教務システムや学生ポータルを利用するためには学生 ID とパスワードが必要です。学生 ID は、
新入学の学生に発行される IC カードに基本的な情報が記載されています。学生 ID の利用開始方法
は、入学後のガイダンスの説明や、その時に配布される「情報サービス利用ガイド」を参照して下
さい。
キャンパスライセンスの提供
○ マイクロソフト社とのライセンス契約
本学は、マイクロソフト社と包括ライセンス契約を結んでいます。この契約に基づき、本学の
学生・職員が個人で所有するパソコンにマイクロソフト社製の Office を一人１台に限り、無料でイ
ンストールできます。また、Windows OS のアップグレードやダウングレードをすることもできま
す。
○ シマンテック社とのライセンス契約
本学はシマンテックとアカデミックサブスクリプションプログラム契約を結でいます。この契約
に基づき、ウィルス対策ソフトとして、本学の学生・職員個人で所有するパソコンにシマンテック
社製 Endpoint Protection を一人１台限り、無料でインストールできます。
○ アドビシステムズ製品の教育機関向け CLP 購入割引サービス
本学はアドビシステムズ社との教育機関向け CLP（Adobe Open Options Contractual License
Program（CLP） For Education Membership）契約を締結しており、この契約のオプションとして、
学生は指定校学生・教職員個人向けライセンスプログラムを利用して、アドビ社製のソフトウェア
を通常の教育価格よりもさらに安く購入できます。購入に際しては生協で相談してください。
教育用パソコン、情報サロン
講義などで使用するためのパソコンが整備されています。設置場所は、伊都、箱崎、病院、大橋
の各キャンパスです。講義室以外にも学生が自由に使えるパソコンを情報サロンとして整備してい
ます。情報サロンは、箱崎地区附属図書館中央図書館 2 階・3 階、病院地区附属図書館医学図
書館 2 階、伊都地区伊都図書館 2 階、Q-Commons(センター2 号館 4 階)にあります。
電子メール
学生や職員との相互連絡、新型インフルエンザのお知らせなどの大学からの重要連絡の周知のた
めの情報基盤として利用する公式なメールです。ID は学生 ID が使われていますが、氏名（ローマ字）
の別名をつけることも可能です。必ず定期的に読むように設定をしてください。
ファイル共有システム
本システムでは、ファイルをサーバ上にアップロードし、ダウンロード用の URL を相手にメール
で送り、ファイルを受け取ってもらうことができます。利用には学生 ID が必要で、パスワードをか
けることもできます。
無線 LAN
伊都、箱崎、病院、大橋の各キャンパス、博多駅オフィスで、ノートパソコン、iPad、iPhone、
Android、Windows Phone などを無線 LAN に接続して利用できます。無線 LAN の利用時には学
生 ID が必要です。詳細・最新情報は次の URL を御覧下さい。

Information Infrastructure
III (Information Infrastructure Initiative) provides Information Infrastructure for students' study
and research in Kyushu University. Please visit following URL to get more information.

☆ Attention when you use IT infrastructure
There are so many troubles by abnormal usage of IT infrastructure. Please read “Information
Security Guide” well in advance.
Student ID
You need your student ID and Password to use all of Informational Systems provided by III. At
the beginning, your student ID must be activated by yourself. You have your IC Card for your
student ID information. IC Card is used following purpose.

When you use Education System to check your class and score.

When you enter the Library Entry and Rental of Books.

When you enter the Building of Ito Campus (Only limited person)

When you buy something at Coop (Option)
Please take care of your IC Card. Don't damage physically. When you lost your IC Card, please
report person who is charging of student issues in your department immediately. Your lost IC Card
will be in-valid to prevent to be used by another person.
iCube Support Desk
When you have trouble about Informational System of III (Software provide by III, kitenet,
Educational Computer, Student ID and IC Card trouble, etc.)., you can consult those troubles at
iCube Support Desk which located at Center Zone of Ito Campus and Computer Center of Hakozaki
Campus.
Educational Computer
III prepares Educational Computer for lectures. Rooms for PC are located in Ito, Hakozaki,
Maidashi and Ohashi Campus. Any students of Kyushu University can use them when the PC room
is not occupied by lectures. You can use Educational Computers on even holiday but opening time
are different for each rooms so please check the opening time in advance. There are another space
where you can Computers freely in depend of lectures. It is called as Information Salon.
Information Salons are located in Central Library, Library in Hospital, Library in Ito, Center-2 in Ito,
Q-Commons and Computer Center in Hakozaki.
E-Mail
An E-Mail address is provided to all of students of Kyushu University. University sometimes send
very important information as well as information for lectures, please check your e-mail everyday.
Wifi Service (kitenet)
You can use Wifi on your computer (Windows, Mac) ,iPhone, iPad and Android etc. When you use
kitenet, you need your Student ID and password.
Microsoft Campus License
Kyushu University and Microsoft have Campus License agreement. The latest Microsoft Office
can be installed on all of computers belongs to Kyushu University and you can install the Microsoft
Office to one your own PC in your home. You can upgrade your Windows OS such as XP, Visa and
7 by this license.
Commercial anti-virus Software
Kyushu University and Symantec have Campus License agreement. The Symantec’s Endpoint
Protection can be installed on all of computers belongs to Kyushu University and you can install the
Microsoft Office to one your own PC
CLP of Adobe
Kyushu University and Adobe System have CLP (Contractual License Program) agreement.
Student can by software of Adobe by discounted price using this CLP.
Compliance of Copyright on Internet
For compliance of Copyright on Internet, Usage of file sharing/exchange software (100bao（百
宝), Blubster, Cabos, eDonkey2000, eMule, G2, Gnutella, Grokster, iMesh, Kazaa, KuGoo
（KuGou, 酷狗）, Kuwo（酷我）, Lime Wire, Morpheus, Overnet, PerfectDark, Piolet, PPLive,
PPStream, QQLive（QQ 直播）,RockItNet, Share, Shareaza, soulseek, TTPlayer（千千静听）,
Xunlei（Thunder，迅雷）, BitTorrent, Winny, WinMX and etc.) in Kyushu University are
prohibited.
You may have trouble about copyright infringement even if you just install those file
sharing/exchange software. Then please don't install those software even into your private PC if
you want to use it on Campus network. And please don't use those software when you return to
your home. Anyway please don't use those file sharing/exchange software to present copyright
infringement. (The Information Infrastructure Initiative is always watching campus network
whether those software are used by IDS.)
