Smoke only in the designated areas If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas in consideration of non-smokers. Make room for others when watching the parade so that everyone can enjoy it Viewing space for the Tohoku Rokkon Festival Parade is limited. Don’ t take up any more space than necessary and make room for others. Seating is available in some places. Please offer your seat to anyone who may need it more, such as children, elderly people, or people with disabilities, so that everyone can enjoy the festival. Note: Volunteer street-cleaners will tidy the route between the first and second parades on November 20th. The idea behind this initiative is to make sure everyone enjoys the festival in comfort by tidying the streets together, and to encourage people not to litter. If you would like to take part, please come to the TOKYO GOOD MANNER PROJECT volunteer street-cleaners’ reception booth between 12:30PM and 2:00PM on November 20th. [ お願い］ [ N o t e］ ■交通規制に伴うお願い ▎Requests Relating to Traffic Restrictions ・東京 新虎祭り当日に新虎通り周辺で大規模な交通規制を実施いたします。交通渋滞緩和のため、 当日はできる限り車の利用を控え、 公共交通機関をご利用ください。 ・交通規制時間中は車両通行が制限されます。また、 状況により、 規制場所と時間が変更になる場合があります。予めご了承ください。 ・交通規制区間への自転車での乗り入れはご遠慮ください。 ・緊急時には救急車や消防車が通るため、 通行にご協力ください。また、 車両規制区間内も一部許可車両が通行する場合がござ いますので、 通行にご協力ください。 ■周辺の駅等のご利用方法のお願い ・東京 新虎祭り当日の新虎通り周辺の駅は混雑が予想されます。時間に余裕を持ってご利用ください。 ■イベント運営に伴うお願い・注意事項 ･ Major traffic restrictions will be enforced around Shintora-dori Avenue during the TOKYO SHINTORA MATSURI. To relieve traffic congestion, please refrain from bringing your car and use public transport if at all possible. ･ Access by vehicles will be prohibited while the traffic restrictions are in place. Please be aware, however, that the traffic restriction zones and timings may be changed depending on circumstances. ･ Please refrain from cycling into traffic restriction zones. ･ In an emergency, ambulances or fire engines may need to pass through; please cooperate in allowing them access. In addition, certain authorized vehicles may need to pass through the vehicle restriction zone; your cooperation in allowing access to those vehicles is also requested. ▎Request Relating to Use of Nearby Stations, etc. ･ Stations around Shintora-dori Avenue are expected to be crowded during the TOKYO SHINTORA MATSURI. Please allow plenty of time when using these stations. ・天候や来場者の安全確保が困難な場合等でイベントが中止になる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。 ▎Requests and Points to Note Relating to the Operation of the Festival ・当日の混雑状況により、 各コンテンツ会場への入場を制限することがございます。 ･ Please be aware that if there is cause for concern regarding the weather, the safety of festivalgoers, or other aspects of the festival, it may be cancelled. ・貴重品の管理はご自身でお願いいたします。 ･ Entry to certain venues may be restricted if they become overcrowded during the festival. ・落し物等でお困りの場合は、 お近くのインフォメーションへお問い合わせください。 ･ Festivalgoers are responsible for safeguarding their own valuables during the TOKYO SHINTORA MATSURI. ・会場周辺にトイレを設置しておりますが、 混雑時にはお待ちいただく場合もございます。 ・大きいお荷物の持込はご遠慮ください。荷物預かり所等はございません。 ・季節に応じた服装でのご来場等、 ご自身の体調管理にご配慮をお願いいたします。 ・救護室をご用意致しております。体調不良や怪我をされた方はお近くの係員までお声かけください。 ・傘や日傘は危険を伴いますので、 できる限り雨ガッパのご利用をお願いいたします。 ・ペットの同伴はご遠慮ください。 ･ For lost property, etc., please inquire at the nearest information desk. ･ Lavatories are available around the festival site, but it may be necessary to wait in line if they are busy. ･ Please refrain from bringing large items of luggage to the festival site; there are no facilities for storing luggage. ･ Please be aware that the weather can be cold in November and dress for comfort. ･ A first-aid room is available; if you feel ill or are injured, please seek assistance from a nearby member of the festival staff. ･ Umbrellas and parasols can be dangerous in crowds; if possible, please wear a raincoat instead of using an umbrella in rainy conditions. ･ Please refrain from bringing pets to the festival. ・六魂祭パレード観覧券 （当選はがき） をお持ちの方は指定ブロックへお越しください。係員が対応いたします。 ･ If you have a Tohoku Rokkon Festival Parade ticket (i.e., a prize draw postcard), please proceed to the designated block, where an attendant will assist you. ・パレード会場内では喫煙所以外は全て全面禁煙です。ご協力お願いいたします。 ･ The entire parade venue is non-smoking, except for the designated smoking areas; you are requested to smoke only in these designated areas. ・ 「ドローン」 （マルチコプター） と呼ばれる無人航空機については落下等による来場者への危険が想定されるため、 ･ Unmanned aerial vehicles known as drones (or multicopters) pose a risk to festivalgoers, including the risk that they could drop down onto people.
