TOEIC®テストでは短時間でたくさんの文を読んで質問に答えなけれ
ばなりませんから、速読の技術が要求されます。１字１句訳してすべて
を理解することよりも、情報の要点をとらえる読み方で、英文の構成と
大まかな内容をつかむことが大切になります。今日はそうした読み方を
学習しましょう。

解き方のコツ
Errata Sheet という単語がわからなくても、次の文で the following
corrections とあるので、誤りの訂正リストだということがわかります。
誤りの内容を、要点をとらえながら読んでいきましょう。
1) は There is no “Levels 1-5 Scroll Bar” ですから、「あると書いて
あったものが実際にはない」という誤りです。 2) は The Location option is not available で、「位置オプションが実際には使えない」という
ことです。 3) は the instructions ... should read ですから「記載事項が
間違っている」ということです。 4)は There are no skill degrees available ですから「書いてあるものが使えない」ということです。

文章の要点を把握しながら、次の文章を読んで質問に答えましょう。
