「留学先大学での使用言語」
（語学能力証明書）欄で入力した言語は、STEP 3 志望理由・留学計画、 STEP 4
志望校別志望理由で使用した言語と一致していますか。
「留学先大学での使用言語」
（語学能力証明書）に、STEP 5 書類アップロードで、アップロードした全ての語学
能力証明書について、記載していますか。また、語学試験の点数や級、受験日は正しく記載していますか。

Applicants who Listed University of California (UC)
If you are applying for the University of California Education Abroad Program, you may only list this once among
your six choices. Also, make sure you have selected three campuses in the “Applicants who Listed University of
California (UC)” section.

十分注意してください。また、同じ書類を複数回アップロードしていないかも確認しましょう。

アップロードした書類が読めるかどうかをチェックしましたか？
Did you check that the files you uploaded are legible?
1) PDF ファイルを開けた時に、書類が読める方向でスキャンされていますか？（書類が横にスキャンされてい
たり、上下逆になっていませんか？）
→スキャンをする際に紙を置く方向を変えてスキャンをしてみましょう。
2) 書類の文字が切れていませんか？
→A4 内に収まるように再度スキャンをしてみましょう。
3) 文字がぼやけていませんか？
1) When you scanned the document into a PDF file, the file came out the wrong way up (sideways or upside
down).
→Try rotating the paper when scanning again.
2) The entire document is not visible and some of the text is cut off.
→Scan again to make sure the entire document fits into an A4-sized document.
3) The text is unclear and blurry.
→文字が読めるように解像度を上げて再度スキャンをしてみましょう。
（ただし、各ファイルのサイズは 5MB
以下。
）
→Scan again at a higher resolution so that the text becomes readable. (However, make sure that individual
files do not exceed 5MB.)
