学校全体で行う PTA の募金を集めるためのイベントで
す。生徒たち一人一人が寄付を集めるのに協力し、イベン
ト当日には、先生方や保護者が応援する中、グランドを走
り（歩き）ます。全員参加のとても楽しいイベントです。

全員です！
生徒: 一人 100 ドルを目指す。当日は走る・歩く。
保護者: お子さんの寄付金額達成に協力する。当日のボランティアをする。
先生方: ドレスアップデーに参加して、当日生徒たちと走る・歩く。
ご家族: ご家族皆様にお越しいただいて、生徒たちを応援してもらう。
全ての生徒に T シャツが配られます。各クラスごとに、グランドに移動します。
コースにはロープがはられます。生徒たちは何週目か毎に賞品をもらえます。そ
のほかにも、アクティビティーや食べ物のスタンドなどがあります。
一人当たり最低 100 ドル（例えば 20～25 ドルを 4-5 人にお願いする）をお願いし
ます。遠方の方にも簡単にお願いできるように、オンラインでも寄付をしていた
だくことができます。寄付の金額はご家族で考えていただくことになりますが、
どんな金額でも小さすぎることはありません。目標額達成のため、いかなる金額
でも喜んでお受けします。
春休み明けから約 2 週間にわたって、寄付と参加許可書を受け付けます。とも
に、4 月 24 日金曜日が締め切りです。
5 月 1 日午後 6 時より 10 時まで、Yarrow Point Town Hall にて、保護者のみのパ
ーティを計画しています。別途ご案内をしますので、出席のかたはご連絡くださ
い。

ウォーカソンの週にあるドレスアップデーは何ですか?
はい。お子さんに 5 ドル持たせてください。ベイクセールや、日本の保護者グル
ープによる水風船の購入ができます。
自分たちのクラスが一位になると、担任の先生にギフトカードをプレゼントする
ことができます。校長先生が審判になって、毎朝、優勝のクラスをアナウンスし
ます。




月曜日 – パジャマデー – お気に入りのパジャマを着てください。
火曜日 – ネオンデー – ネオンのように派手な色を着てください。
水曜日–クライドヒルデー– クライドヒルのロゴなどがはいったもの。
木曜日 – スポーツチームデー – 好きなチームのロゴがはいったものや、ユニフォ

ームなど。
金曜日 – クレイジーヘアデー – 想像力を生かして、変わった髪型に。
寄付の募り方、目標達成のために。
1. クライドヒルのウォーカソンのページで自分オリジナルのページを作る。 at https://clyde-hillwalkathon-2015.donortools.com. Scroll down to find your name & click on the link to go to your
page/URL.
2. Email a request for donations to all of your contacts, & post on Facebook! You can personalize the script
below to send with your link as well as insert a picture of yourself. Also consider increasing your goal to
win more prizes! For multiple participants in the same family, you can combine links into 1 email.
To increase the $100 goal on your page, send an email to [email protected] with your
updated goal ($200, $500, etc.) & your page will be updated along with your thermometer.
3. 電話や訪問 friends, relatives, neighbors, & business contacts in person & complete the paper donation
form. You can also direct them to your personal web page.

my entire school will be running or walking to raise donations to fund important educational
programs not covered by the state or district.
Donations go directly to the Clyde Hill PTA and help pay for classroom aids, learning specialists and
curriculum enhancements such as academic challenges, field trips, on-site school experiences, class
and home-based software, school materials and more.*
To help make a difference, I have a personal goal to raise $100 in support of our $65,000 school-wide

In order for your child to participate in the Walk-A-Thon, the PTA requires written approval. Parents
are responsible for supervising their own children. There will be NO teacher supervision. If you are
unable to participate, it is your responsibility to arrange supervision by another adult.
