Application qualification
・Completed 12 years or more of general education up to secondary level in his/her home or any other foreign country.
・Be able to certify that there is a person who bears the school and living expenses during his/her stay in Japan.
・Have already studied Japanese for 150 hours or more, and have the ability equal to or higher than N5 level at
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

＊The admitted applicants have to pay tuition fee and other costs each school year.
＊The applicants have to pay "Screening fee", "Admission fee", "Tuition fee" and "Other costs" promptly after the notice of issuing
certificate from the Immigration Bureau.
＊"Other costs" include textbooks, class activities, health examination etc., but do not include examination fees and expenses
to buy application form for JLPT and EJU.
＊Once payment of "Screening fee", "Admission fee", "Tuition fee", "Other costs" is made, refund is not acceptable as a general rule.

（If the applicant is currently enrolled in a school, student registration certificate and academic transcript.）
③Records that prove Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N5 level in JLPT.
・Certificate or transcript of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), J-TEST, NAT-TEST, TOP-J.
・School records if he/she has learned Japanese language at high school, college or university.
・Certificate of completion if he/she has learned at Japanese language school.

income certificate, certificate of employment, certificate of family relationship
(e.g. an explanation on relationship authorized by a notary public, copy of official family registry, etc.）
Scholarship
1）Scholarship for international students in Japan by Japan Ministry of Education　Monthly stipend JPY 48,000（1 year）.
Scholarship will be awarded from JASSO (Japanese Students Services Organization) when applicants could meet
the required grade point in Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU).
2）Special prize by Kaisei Academy Japanese Language School
