■抄録
【はじめに】当院では 2015 年 2 月よりアクアフィリングⓇを用いた豊胸術を開始し、昨年の第 103 回日本美容外科学会に
おいて「アクアフィリングⓇを用いた豊胸術」を報告した。
1 年以上の治療経験から得られた知見について検討の上報告する。
【方法】アクアフィリングⓇは 2% のコポリアミドと 98% の生理食塩水で組成された豊胸用注入剤である。長期持続型注入
剤であるにも関わらず、溶解が可能である。また、生体親和性が高く生体内においても柔らかさを保ちやすいという特性
がある。
アクアフィリングⓇを注入する際のデザイン、方法について解説する。
【症例】当院で行った手術例について術前、術後経過について供覧する。
【考察】アクアフィリングⓇの 98% は水成分であり、生体に対する適合性が高い。このような構造をもつことで合併症が極
めて少ないという特性を有している。アクアフィリングⓇは高い安全性と緩やかな生体分解性があり、従来のヒアルロン酸
製剤に比べ 4 倍以上の持続効果がある。
また、低侵襲な治療方法および自然な仕上がりにより患者満足度は極めて高い。
以上のようなことから、アクアフィリングⓇによる豊胸術は脂肪注入、バッグプロテーゼに続く豊胸治療の選択肢の一つと
なっている。
■Abstract
We have been starting the Breast Augmentation with Aquafilling® since February 2015, and reported at The
103rd congress of the Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery.
We report the knowledge from our experience more than one year.
【Method】Aquafilling® is composed of 2% copolyamide and 98% saline, which is filler for breast
augmentation. This filler is not only long-lasting but also water-soluble. In addition, this is high
biocompatible and soft in injected tissue.
I explain the methods of design and injection of Aquafilling®.
【Case Report】I report clinical cases, that was performed in my clinic.
【Discussion】Aquafilling® is biocompatible with the human tissues as 98% of its composition is composed
by water, a natural substance of the human body.
Its structure allows Aquafilling® gel to prevent from complications.
Aquafilling® is high safety and a long-lasting effect up to four times longer than any other hyaluronic acid
filler.
In addition, patient s satisfaction is high due to its minimally invasive method and natural outcome.
According to the above reasons, Breast Augmentation with Aquafilling® became promising option followed
by fat injection and inplant.
