●決められた収集日、時間を守りましょう
・出すごみ、収集日や時間は、『家庭ごみ収集カレンダー』を見て確認してから出しましょう。
●Keep designated pickup date & time of your collection place.
・Confirm your pickup date / time and what is being picked up with 'Household Garbage Pickup Calendar'.
●決められた集積場に出しましょう
・ごみは、各町内で決められた場所に捨ててください。
・資源物の集積場は、燃やせるごみ、燃やせないごみと異なる場合があります。ご注意ください。
●Place your garbage at the designated collection place."
・Garbage should be placed at each community's designated collection place.
・Please note that recycables collection place may be different from burnables & non-burnables.
●ごみは、きちんと分別し、それぞれのごみの日に出しましょう・ごみは、種類ごとにわけて出しましょう。
・排出日は、ごみの種類ごとに違います。『家庭ごみ収集カレンダー』で確認してから出しましょう。

●ルールを守って出しましょう
・指定袋を使って出すごみは、決められた指定袋を使ってください。
・袋の口は、中身が出ないように口を結んでから出してください。（テープ使用不可）
●Keep the city's garbage rule.
・Burnable, raw, and non-burnable garbage should be placed in each designated bag.
・Tie the garbage bag tightly to prevent garbage from spilling over before placing. (Do not close bag with tape.)
●集積場はきれいにしよう
・集積場は、公衆衛生上、きれいにしてください。使用者一人ひとり、心がけが肝心です。
・集積場は、町内やマンション・アパートが管理するものです。みなさんできちんと管理してください。
・収集日が違うごみは収集できません。
●Keep your garbage collection place clean.
・In terms of public health, collection place should be cleaned. Every user is eligible for cleanliness of collection place.
・Neighborhood users and condo / apartment maintenance agency are responsible for cleanliness. Please keep your collection place clean.
・The city cannot pick up the garbage placed not on the scheduled pickup day.
●ルールを守らないごみは集めません
・ルールを守らないため収集できなかったごみには、警告シールが貼られます。
・収集できなかったごみは、 ⇒もう一度、きちんと分けて、次の収集日に出してください。
⇒ごみ処理施設へ、ご自身で持って行ってください。

Action for Waste Reduction As Tsuchiura Citizen Let's reduce 100g garbage (＝amount of one rice bowl ) a day.
①Refuse（断る）
：ごみを発生させないようにしましょう。・マイバックを持とう
・過剰包装を断ろう
Try not to increase garbage. Bring your eco-bag. Refuse over-packaging
②Reduce（減らす）
：ごみになりそうなものは買う量、使う量ともに減らしましょう。
・生ごみは水切りをしよう
・詰め替え商品を選ぼう
Reduce item to buy and use if it may turn out garbage. Drain water from raw garbage Choose refill products
③Reuse（繰返し使う）
：使えるものは繰返し最後まで使いましょう。・マイボトル、マイ箸等を持とう
・物を大切に、長く使おう Use up items if it is usable.Bring your water bottle, chopsticks etc. Take enough care of things. Use things as long as possible.
④Recycle（再生利用）
：きちんと分別し、資源としてリサイクルしましょう。・分別を徹底して、再生利用を図り、ごみを減らそう。

生ごみ処理容器の補助制度を活用しましょう
ごみの減量やリサイクルのため、生ごみ処理容器の購入費を助成します。

を目的として、市では、子ども会廃品回収を積極的に支援・奨励しています。特に、新聞、ざつ紙、ダンボールなど
の紙類、布類の回収にご協力をお願いします。

燃やせるごみは『透明の袋』又は『白の半透明の袋』に入れ、
口を結んで集積場に出してください。

※引っ越しなどで大量のごみが出る場合は、清掃センター（土浦地区）、または環境クリーンセンター
（新治地区）への持ち込みも可能です。

When put out large quantity of waste by moving etc., delivery to‘Seisou Center’(Tsuchiura area) or‘Kankyou Clean Center’(Niihari
area) is available. (for a fee)

生ごみの出し方
How to put out raw garbage
生ごみを分別収集することで、メタンガスやたい肥にリサイクルすることができます。
Raw garbage can be recycled as methane gas and compost when sorted properly.

①軽く水切りをする
水分は臭いの発生や集積場が
汚れる原因になります。

・必ず収集当日の朝に出しましょう。・生ごみの収集時間は燃やせるごみと異なります。
②黄色の指定袋に入れる ③袋をしっかり結ぶ
黄色の指定袋を使います。
水切りのネットやビニール袋に
入れたまま出すことができます。
袋の口を結ぶことで中身の散乱
や臭いの漏れを防ぎます。
④集積場へ分けて出す
燃やせるごみと同じ収集日、
収集場所です。それぞれの袋が
混ざらないよう置き分けます。

商品を入れたり包んだりしているプラスチック製の容器（ペットボトル除く）や包装類のことです。

中身を出したり、使ったりしたら不要になるものであり、歯ブラシやおもちゃといったプラスチック

燃やせないごみは『青色の指定袋』に入れ、袋の口をしばって集積場に
出してください。傘を出すとき、袋からはみ出す場合は、ひもなどで袋
の口をしばって出してください。
Put non-burnable garbage in the 'designated blue bag', tie the bag closed, and bring it to the
collection place. In case the umbrella is excess the bag size, tie the bag closed with string.
土浦市指定
燃やせないゴミ専用袋
不燃ごみ・カンについては『コンテナ』に入れて出してください。
小型粗大ごみについては、
『青色の指定袋』に入れて出してください。

※家電製品のうち、パソコン、テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫及び冷凍庫、洗濯機、衣類乾燥機は市では
収集できませんのでご注意ください。
PC, TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and drier are not collected by the city.
※タイヤ、バッテリー、コンクリートブロック、建設廃材など、市で処理ができないものは収集できません。

粗大ごみの出し方
How to put out large-sized garbage
指定袋１枚に入らない大きさのもの、また、指定袋に入っても口がしばれないものは粗大ごみです。
Items larger than designated bag size, or items unable to tie bag closed are accepted as large-sized garbage.
各種リサイクル法の対象品目や、市で処理できないごみは収集できません。
（市で収集しないごみについて詳しくはP.1７をご覧ください。）
Items listed on the various recycling laws and waste not processed by the city are not collected.
(See P17 for details of garbage which cannot be collected by the city.)
●粗大ごみの出し方は２つの方法があります。You have two ways to put out large-sized garbage

Hours：9:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00 Monday to Saturday
Fees：￥110 is charged as a handling fee in every 10kg for
household garbage.
●Kankyou Clean Center
Hours：8:30-11:30, 13:00-16:30 Monday to Friday 8:30-11:45 Saturday.
Fees：￥100 is charged as a handling fee in every 10kg for household garbage.
￥500 is charged as a handling fee in every 10kg for polymer garbage.
（月∼土）9:00∼12:00、13:00∼16:00

料金：一般家庭ごみは10㎏につき110円の処理
手数料がかかります。

料金：品目に応じて料金（1つあたり200円∼1,200円）が
かかります。
必要な金額の粗大ごみ処理券を購入し、粗大ごみに
貼り付けてください。
◆戸別収集を利用する際は・・・
・収集日の朝8時30分までに、道路から見える
場所に出してください。
・順次収集を行うため時間の指定はできませ
ん。また、立会いの必要はございません。
・粗大ごみ処理券の取扱店はP.10をご覧くださ
い。

ごみの不法投棄は重罪です
Illegal dumping is a serious crime.
道路、河川、空き地等にごみを捨てることは「廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律」により禁止されています。
ルールを守ってきれいなまちにしましょう。
また、投棄者が不明の場合、土地の所有（管理）者に処理の責任が及ぶこともあります。監視の目をめぐらせ、ト
ラブルに巻き込まれないよう自分の土地は自分の手で守りましょう。

事業を営んでいる商店、事務所、飲食店、工場、病院、官公庁などから出る「事業系ごみ」は、事業者自らの責
任と負担において、ごみ減量・再利用に努めるとともに、責任を持って適正に処理していただくことになりま
す。そのため、町内の集積場には出せませんのでご注意ください。
Waste from business places should be processed properly on each business' own resonsibility and expense. Therefore above waste is not
allowed to put out at community's collection place.
ごみ処理施設への直接持ち込み
Direct delivery to waste processing centers.
引っ越しなどで大量にごみが発生した場合は、直接、処理施設へ持ち込むことができます。
（重量に応じた処理手数料がかかります。）
Direct delivery to the waste processing center is available when you have bulky waste from moving, etc.
