used for removing particles, inorganic content, and carbon deposited in the
water. Ultra-pure sulfuric acid finds wide application in the electronic devices

acid. Parts per billion (ppb) and parts per trillion (ppt) are the two grade of
UPSA. Ppt is the purest grade of UPSA acid. Ppb grade UPSA is mainly used

printing application in semiconductors industry. The raw materials for the
manufacturing of UPSA acid are sulfur, water, air, and sulfur dioxide. The
