technological research and continuous innovation are an essential way for the achievement of

At Xylexpo we are going to present a line on operation with the new EASY.
This sprayer is completely redesigned with improved performance, it is the
reference point for the market.
Easy by Cefla Finishing with the new Airsphere plenum (patented)
results from an exhaustive and comparative fluid dynamic analysis of the air
inside our sprayers, to ensure an even distribution and to further improve the
Transfer Efficiency.

iBotic K by Cefla Finishing is a new robot that combines high performance
with the greatest flexibility and quality guaranteed by Cefla experience and
now affordable by a wide range of companies.
The machine meets the new standards of energy saving and environmental
protection, with significant savings on operating costs.

iGIOTTO APP
iGiotto App by Cefla Finishing the anthropomorphous robot for horizontal
applications was born from the wide experience acquired on
anthropomorphous and traditional spraying robots for vertical applications.
The combined use of the robot, with the high precision

the market with a solution that will ensure the greatest flexibility on wood and
its derivatives up to plastic or other materials.

PIXART PLOT
This important innovation allows customization of products with unlimited
ideas and imagination from the designers. The development of technologies
for finishing and decoration of furniture, as well as the necessity of the modern
companies to propose a tailored product to individual customers, involves the
increasing need to finish and decorate all kinds of surfaces.
Pixart PLOT is ideal for high definition printing and large format. The
multipass solution enables to process extremely large sizes, even in case of
raised cabinet doors, without compromising the quality and the resolution.

FUSION & INERT COATING
TECHNOLOGY
At Xylexpo we will present a fully operational line with the FUSION COATING
System.
This technology represents the fusion of two innovative processes: UV
hotmelt coating by Henkel and INERT COATING by Sorbini to ensure
perfect adhesion and flatness on panels in coloured and decorated melamine
with glossy and mat finishes.
FUSION COATING guarantees the highest quality of both MDF and chipboard
panels.
FUSION COATING allows to process individual panels intended to cut or
panels already cut and edged.
